Norton Jarvis laughed twice, reached out and patted the little creature's small butt, then raised his hand to look at his watch. When he saw the latitude and longitude displayed on the watch, he laughed and said, "White, do you remember the deserted island we took refuge on last time?"
"I remember."
"It seems we have a connection with that island. Follow me, and we'll be there in less than ten nautical miles..."
Ten nautical miles?
Fortunately, the sea was relatively calm tonight, and the wind direction was favorable. They were all wearing life jackets.
The sea was bone-chilling cold, worried that the little creature's small body couldn't withstand it, Norton Jarvis placed Daniel on a wing floating on the water and said, "Sit tight."
Daniel responded with a soft "mm," his dark eyes sparkling as he looked at Norton Jarvis.
