Once I finished talking to Harry about the alternate reality versions of him and his dad, who both went mean and green, and managed to calm him down, I moved to take a seat next to Gwen.

All the while the others kept going over the files I had brought back from Gwen and mines first journey across the Spider-Verse.

Save for Harry himself. Who is now sporting a look of contemplation on his face.

One that lasted for about five more minutes before he suddenly stood to his feet, his actions drawing everyone's attention to her.

"Alright, I've made my decision." He spoke. Harry then turned to me, a serious look in his eyes. "Pete, I've decided. I want to be a hero. Just like you."

"I see." I replied. "Listen Harry, I can tell you're serious by the look you have in your eyes right now. But I just need to be sure. Please tell me you're not simply doing this because of what you just learned about the fates of you and your dad from the other reality?"

"I'm not. Though that is part of the reason I want to walk down this path. But also because I've been thinking about what you said. Not to mention what's going on in the world around us. Things are changed every day, and from everything you've shared with me and the others thus far it's only going to get crazier."

'Oh Harry, you have no idea.' I thought.

"And knowing you as well as I do you'll dive straight into the craziness without a moments hesitation. Which I respect the hell of you for. But I also don't want my best friend to do such a thing alone. Not when I know I could help him. As well as others, who are less fortunate. That's why I want this. I want to be a hero." Harry explained to me.

Once he finished I stood up and walked over to him. A smile on my face. "Well alright then. Welcome to the world of heroes."

"Thanks Pete." Harry replied.

The two of us then shared a many hug.

Only to break our hug and turn our heads at the same time, in the same direction, finding a smirking Felicia with her phone pointed at us.

"Ah, you both look so cute together." She said, a smirk on her face.

Leading both Harry and I to give her the most deadpan looks we could in response to her antics.

Then a second after we did I shot out a web-line, from my organic webs, hitting Felicia phone.

Which I then pulled to myself.

"Hey!" She cried, jumping out of the chair and was sitting in and beginning to run towards me.

Though she wasn't fast enough to close the distance before I deleted the photo she took of me and Harry.

Then just as I did Felicia reached me. But before she could touch me I pivoted like a ballerina and dodged her attack.

Leading her to fall forward onto the ground.

"And here I thought cars always landed on their feet." I commented.

Jumping at the exact moment Felicia tried to use her feet to sweep mine out from under me.

"So close. But you'll have to do better than that, Kitty cat." I mused.

Right as Felicia climbed back up to her feet. "Ass."

"Thank you, I know I have a great one." I replied, handing Felicia back on her when she reached me.

Then just as she did Liz stood to her feet. "Okay, so disregarding what just happened, just like Harry I also want to be a hero."

"Are you sure Liz?" Gwen asked her.

Liz nodding. "I am. Especially since Harry and I talked about it before we made our announcement to join you guys in fighting crime today." She explained.

"Very well." Gwen said.

"Oh, I also want to join the hero game." Ned added.

"Well that settles it then. Looks like we're all in this together." I spoke. I then put a serious expression on my face. "Well if that's the case then I think we all know what the next step is."

"Which is?" Ned asked, gulping nervously.

"I thought that'd be obvious Ned. We need to select a team name!" I exclaimed.

Everyone dropping the serious expressions they had on their faces to give me a wave of deadpan looks.

Except for Ned of course.

"Felicia, hit him." Gwen said.

"With pleasure." Felicia replied, before punching me in the stomach.

"Ow!"

Only for her to end up being the one crying out in pain, as she began clutching her hand after she punched me.

"What the hell?"

"See kids, this is what the super-soldier serum combined with an already enhanced spider physiology, along with training, gets you." I explained, like a teacher.

"Oh, thanks for that wonderful explanation, mister Parker." Gwen sarcastically spoke. "But back the suggestion you just made. You can't honestly be telling me a team name is the most important next step here?"

"I am." I replied. "Because where would all the best teams be without killer names? The power rangers, Justice League, autobots, need I say more?"

"I can't believe this." Felicia mused.

"Believe it, Felicia." I said. "On that note let's not decide anything right now. All of you take a few days and think up some ideas." I spoke. "Oh and Harry and Liz, I also want you two to think up some hero names for yourselves."

"Actually when Liz and I talked about getting the hero game before we already threw some ideas around, and have actually already decided on our hero names." Harry revealed.

"Excellent." I replied. "It means you guys are already a step ahead." I spoke. "Now then, mind sharing your heroic identities with the rest of the class?"

"No problem." Harry spoke.

"Same." Liz replied.

"You go first babe." Harry suggested. Liz nodding.

"Okay, so I've decided to call myself Firestar." Liz revealed.

Once again hitting home the fact some things are just meant to be.

"Cool name Liz." Ned spoke.

"Yeah." Felicia agreed. "It totally fits your power set."

"That it does." I agreed. Before turning my gaze to Harry. "Okay then Harry, what about you?"

"It took me a while to figure this out. I thought about it long and hard. Until eventually the idea just came to me. And I hope I don't get in trouble for this with anyone. Because I've decided to call myself Nightwing." Harry revealed.

"Are you sure that's wise Harry?" I asked.

Not simply because DC Comics exists in this reality.

"Yeah." Gwen agreed. "Are you sure you won't have some kind of identity crisis?" She asked in worry.

"Well if I do then I'll have you guys to help pull me out of it." Harry joked. "But seriously, I'm good with my decision and choice."

"Okay then." I replied. "That said, welcome to the world of heroes Nightwing and Firestar. Same for you Ned." I spoke.

The others agreeing with me.

"On that note there's one more announcement I need to make." I said, gathering everyone's attention on me once more.

"What? That we need to come up with a team catchphrase as well?" Felicia joked.

"No, but definitely think about that as well." I replied.

Since again just like with a team, where would all the best teams be without a signature catchphrase?

"What I wanted to let you all know is that for the next two weeks the Web will be temporarily shut down." I revealed.

"What, why?" Gwen asked first.

"Well given our team and duties are growing this place is starting to feel a little cramped. That's why I'm going to make some renovations and upgrades to better accommodate all of us." I explained.

My mind filling with wonderful ideas, especially thanks to everything I saw and the data I got from the base of the Earth-1610B Peter Parker.

"Oh, okay." Gwen replied. "So, do you want some help?"

"What Gwen said." Harry offered.

"Yeah, I'll take it." I replied. "So, what about the rest of you?"

"Sure, I'll help." Ned replied. "After all, who would pass up a chance to work on building their own secret base?"

"I'm good." Felicia replied.

"Me too." Liz said.

"Understood." I replied.

After I did all of us talked about a few more things before we broke apart.

Except for me, Harry, Gwen, and Ned, who got together with Spinner and immediately began started working towards renovating the Web.

Along with me adding in a few other projects.

Then before any of s realized it two weeks passed in the blink of an eye.
