I opened up Writer's Assistant today and took a look. I created my first novel on April 12, 2014. If you do the math, that means my writing career has been going on for almost six years now.
But after writing for so many years, all I can say is that I've managed to make ends meet. Sometimes, I see those "toxic success stories" pushed by Writer's Assistant—tales of how other authors became overnight sensations, achieved god-tier status with a single book, and soared to superstardom. It makes me question myself, 'Am I really cut out for this profession?'
But then I think about it. Geniuses are few and far between. As a struggling author, I should just keep my head down and write diligently.
Let's talk about results. On the day it reached its ultimate Peak, *Invincible* squeezed into 17th place on the new book rankings.
