"Your Majesty's intent."
No matter what excuse Bishop Chino came up with, Bishop Valian would simply respond with, "It is His Majesty's intent."
Soon, Bishop Chino was defeated by this relentless echo, and could only begrudgingly say,
"I have time at 3 PM this afternoon, bring them here."
"Yes," Bishop Valian nodded, then suddenly remarked, "Regarding Bishop Landeng's issue, it is unfortunate that none of us anticipated it."
"What, did His Majesty send you to test me?" Bishop Chino asked with a pained expression and a hint of sarcasm.
"No, it was my own intention," Valian replied. "Given the anger you're showing now, you clearly knew nothing of Bishop Landeng's plans beforehand."
"So what?" Bishop Chino sneered, "He doesn't trust me because if I had been involved, I would never have agreed to such an excessively radical plan as the Spiritual Tree."
