After verifying identities inside the sentry tower, Chekhov returned to the miner team and casually cast a glance at Adam, giving an intentional reminder.
Ahead, the iron gate leading deeper into the Land of Thunder gradually opened.

Chekhov led the way through the iron gate.
Soon, torrential rain poured down.
An invisible barrier enveloped Adam's body, keeping the rain out.
Immediately, the mercenaries accompanying Chekhov looked at Adam with unusual expressions.

Chekhov muttered quietly, then stopped paying attention to Adam and led the squad along a cleared muddy passage further ahead.
