Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.

Inside the building, several people were sent tumbling along with Jack . They rolled over twenty meters before finally coming to a stop.
Jack stood up slowly, looking around at Su Yueming and Tessa, who had fallen in different directions. "You two alright?"
"Still alive," Su Yueming groaned, struggling to her feet.
Soft sobs echoed nearby. Tessa was sitting on the floor, crying quietly.
Jack walked over. "Tessa."
Tessa threw herself into Jack 's arms, sobbing uncontrollably. "Dad… Dad, he…"
"I know. I know," Jack said softly. "I'll be with you now. It's okay. You're not alone anymore." He gently patted her back.
Su Yueming shook her head slightly, a trace of pity in her eyes. She knelt beside Tessa and gently brushed the girl's hair. "It's going to be okay. Don't cry. You're not alone."
"But… Dad's gone too… I have no one left!" Tessa sobbed.
"Didn't I tell you before, you little brat? You should call me big sister. From now on, I'm your big sister. I'm family," Su Yueming said as she pulled Tessa away from Jack and into her own arms.
"Tessa, you're not alone. We're your family now," Jack said sincerely — although somehow, his words still carried an air of false comfort, like a politician trying to sound human.
"Wuuuuuuhuuuuu…" Tessa cried harder.

Inside the massive alien spacecraft, Confinement issued a cold order: "Prepare for interstellar departure."
But what he didn't know was that, tucked away in a dark corner of the ship, his prey was preparing to make an escape.
"We're breaking away from the mother ship!" the Inspector called out.
"Hurry, now! If we wait until Confinement returns to deep space, he'll never know we slipped away!" Optimus urged.
"My piloting skills are crap," Inspector shouted, "but I'll try not to crash and leave you behind!"
A smaller craft detached from the mothership and soared into the sky, unseen by Confinement.

Back in the KSI basement, Joyce paced furiously. "Your CIA plans are really brilliant—nobody will suspect a thing. In a few minutes, investigators will show up, and I don't want them finding my research. We're moving all the R&D facilities to China."
He ended the call. "I told them to bring me the Seed. I need it. Make sure they deliver."
"Sir, Shocking Sky can be activated—" one of the excited techs started to say.
Joyce exploded. "Activated? It's a freak! It's a disgrace! It opened its mouth and talked! Do you even know what a flaw means? A flaw means failure! It means I can't control my own prototype! I want to know why! What the hell went wrong?!"
The technologist winced and instinctively smacked the nearest chair leg.

On the outskirts of the city, a white car sped down the highway. Jack was in the driver's seat, with Su Yueming and Tessa in the back. Su Yueming continued trying to comfort Tessa.
"Where are we going, you shady bastard?" Su Yueming asked.
"We're going to find Optimus Prime."
"Optimus Prime? You mean the Autobots?"
"Yeah."

On a distant hillside, a massive spaceship was docked. Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and the rest of the Autobots were gathered around.
"Boss, why are we still here?" Drift asked. "Why not just leave this planet already?"
"We're waiting for Cade," Optimus replied.
Nearby, Brains bounced around like a hyperactive flea. "This planet sucks! I don't wanna stay here!"
"They're here," someone pointed at the approaching white car.
Jack , Su Yueming, and Tessa stepped out and walked toward Optimus.
"Where's Captain?" Optimus asked.
Jack 's face turned somber. "It's a tragedy. He… he fell off Confinement's ship."
"I see…" Optimus sighed heavily.
"Hahaha! Who cares? Everyone on this planet is doomed anyway! Doesn't affect me—I'm outta here!" Brains shouted, gleeful and insane as ever.
"What do you mean 'doomed'? What're you talking about?" Su Yueming asked.
"You humans are your own worst enemies. When I fought that man-made King Kong back there, I could feel it — Megatron's presence," Optimus said, pacing.
"Megatron? That Decepticon who started the Chicago war?" Su Yueming asked.
"Where do you think KSI got the tech to build those robots? They scavenged old Decepticon heads and downloaded their neural data. I was forced to do the dissections. No pay, no sleep, nothing!" Brains shouted angrily.
"They hooked me up to Megatron's brain — it wasn't dead. He fed them data, blueprints, guidance. They built him a new body."
"Then Megatron spread his sick ideas like a parasite. He put red-eyed lice into my hair—disgusting little creeps. I can still smell them. Megatron infected everything."
"They called him 'Shocking Sky,' but let's not kid ourselves — he's just Megatron, reborn," Brains finished, disgusted.
Su Yueming's expression shifted. As head of KSI China, she couldn't ignore this. "Why didn't you warn anyone?"
"Lady, you have any idea how shady that company is? Megatron's been playing them like fools, using them to find the Seed."
"The Seed?" Su Yueming asked.
Tessa, finally speaking up, said, "I saw those same guys who attacked us in Texas — they were on the ship. They took the Seed from the Transformers."
Optimus Prime spoke solemnly. "Sixty million years ago, Seeds were used to terraform thousands of worlds into Cybertronian metal. They turned organic life — like yours — into the elemental particles that make up our kind. That's how we were created. Your world was destroyed… so that we could be born."
Brains chimed in again, clearly fed up. "And now Shocking Sky wants to do it all over again. He wants to detonate that Seed, wipe out a major city, kill millions — then yell 'Hey world, guess who's back!'"
Jack smirked. "The Seed's shockwave will vaporize the city, turning it into Cybertronian metal. And Shocking Sky wants to use that metal to build a Decepticon army, right?"
Exactly what Jack himself wanted to do.
