The mirror's malevolent enchantment knew no limits, multiplying the already amplified magic once more.
The once-hopeful magic that the Apostles and demons had unleashed now enveloped them in an all-consuming tempest, an inescapable torrent of energy that knew no mercy. In an instant that felt like an eternity, their forms writhed and contorted under the onslaught, their robes igniting in a maelstrom of brilliance and agony.
However, this plan was meant to backfire for me too as the second round of reflected magic, amplified multiple times, would eventually turn back on me.
My knowledge of the Chaos Mirror's behavior and my experience with using it was crucial in this situation.
I managed to react quickly by teleporting behind one of the Greater Demons and forcing the demon's body to face the oncoming reflected magic. I manipulated the situation to my advantage as the body of the Greater Demon was engulfed before me.
