Grim POV
I picked up Choka and carried him on my back while Neo continued healing him. She could not do it faster because Choka did not have a regent, his normal squishy human body would not be able to handle the sudden flood of power.
Tsame had not said anything for a while, they looked like they were about to pop at any given moment. Every time I looked in their direction they looked away from me and slowed down. But whenever I got too far then they hurriedly caught up again, it was funny at first but now I am starting to think that they could stand to do it less.
Don't they get tired, or do they switch positions when the other one cannot walk anymore? How would that work, does their personality change affect their body in any way? Do they all feel the same way? Is the only difference to their personality how they handle situations? Or is it just she and they are just voices in her head?
Now that I think of it I have only ever talked to Sizana and she is the one who told me that there was more than one of her. Should I continue calling her Tsame?
"Hey, Siza,"
"Yes," she answered as she jumped in front of me.
"Are you trying to make me fall?"
"Will that knock some sense back into your head?"
"No."
"Then yes."
"That does not make any sense."
"You don't make any sense."
"Am I supposed to?"
"If you aren't then why should I?"
"You know I have a very good reason for that."
"Really? Then let's hear it."
"Let me find it first." I closed my eyes. "Ah, there it is, there it is, right there just at the tip of my tongue. Can you pull out for me?"

There was no response so I opened my eye just to steal a little glance. She had her hands over her face and was now walking on the other side of the road, still ahead of us though.
"I guess you didn't want to hear it then." I opened my eyes and sped up.
"No. I was just wondering why you wanted me to put my fingers in your mouth."
"Why shouldn't you put your fingers in my mouth?"
"You know. I also happen to have a reason for that."
"Really? Let's have it then."
"If you want it that bad then, I could put it on the tip of your tongue." She turned around and smiled at me.
"I would like that very much."
"I like that you would like that very much."
"I like that you like that I would like that very much."
"I like you."
"HEH!" Neo shrieked.
I turned to look at her but she turned with me. Sizana laughed and I joined her.
Sizana began walking faster and faster until she disappeared into the horizon. Her laughter disappearing reminded me of just how baren this place was. We walked a few more feet and asked to be let off.
We waited for him to stretch out first before walking again. Him and Neo had to hold hands for the healing to proceed while walking and I walked ahead of them because it was too lewd of a scene.
Walking down this road made me realize just how huge this coffin thing is, I wanted to open it up and take a sneak peek inside. I also did not want to stop, it felt like I would be delaying something. Opening it while walking was also an option but, yeah.
BOOM!
A second explosion went off in our direction, to be more accurate it was only one of several. It was the second giant one but it was still only a small part of the many being set off.
I was hoping that my teammates were making those explosions because they were already outnumbered. Dealing with an enemy that can do that and have numbers on their side will not be pretty.
I subconsciously started picking up speed, my legs switched faster and faster until my hands joined in too. Before I knew it I was running like I had a warp to catch. The closer I got to the battlefield the faster my heart rate got. I was not scared because I knew that there was no one there who was beating me.
I jumped high up into the air and propelled my body forward as if I was flying. Our squad was on my side so I did not have to worry about landing on the enemy side of the field.
From the skies, I looked down and saw over 10 of those red monsters. A few of them were larger than the first one I encountered and I assumed that they mowed each other down for more strike power.
Behind everything stood a bald man in a much more dignified uniform than the guys we have been fighting. He had his arms behind his back and was standing at ease and looked down on everything from on top of their ship. He looked up and our eyes met.
I pulled out the zoom zoom double barrel and shot twice at him. The bullets never reached and it felt like they were whisked away by some kind of a current. I began my decline but was attacked mid-air by two red monsters.

{accelerate.}
I activated this power and I shot it at the monster, and once we made contact it bubbled up and was blown to bits. It was like throwing a tomato at a brick wall. For the second monster, I increased my own speed and ripped it apart on impact.
THOMB!
I crashed on the ground soon after. A huge cloud of dust filled the area and I emerged from it guns blazing. At this moment I really wished that I had a rapid-fire weapon. The monsters had their attention confiscated by me and they rushed me.
