Levyndrion took a whole hour to prepare to go to the court room, where his governance issues are taking place. He just can't get enough of Acine, she drives him crazy no wonder.
He entered the court room with his intimidating aura, he could see the ministers and officials all in serious looks, somewhat frowns, he tsk in disgust, he swung his hands backwards making his long sleeves that almost reached the floor to blow back in the air by the wind marking his entrance.He turned to face face them all now that he was standing at his throne, studying their expressions ..... something fishy was in the air, whatever it is .... he could see that they contemplating on whether to tell him or not. It would surely be something to piss him off given their faces.
He sat down and raised his hand giving a consent for them to lift up their heads, a session of silence followed, Levy was running out of patience, he gritted his teeth glaring at them, they lowered their heads low after meeting with his deadly face, the room temperature began to drop, everybody was pushing others to say.
They all straightened up after hearing a loud thud, Levy hit his fists o the armrests of his throne, "Are you all going talk first or do I have to make you! I've missed seeing blood" he horsed enough to make the whole room tense .
The last time they remember when once someone was made to talk by the King .... the poor man's limbs rolled down to the ground with bloods staining the rest of them, on their faces and robes and no one could dare to say a word about it. I mean who would dare to mess with the cold King? A King whose heart only melts before that woman called Acine, the lady who came out of nowhere with no background or anything. The ministers tried their level best to seek information about the woman favored by the King but there was entirely nothing to be found, its like she doesn't belong to this world.
"It is about you getting married your Majesty ..... we've been talking about this for quite some times and we finally came with a suggestion" said Minister of Justice with calm posture, his eyes lowered to the floor due to fear and respect towards the King. Everybody let out a deep breath of relief because Minister Gordon had decided to help allnofnthem by stepping forward and talk to their King, he became a scapegoat. "And what does my marriage has anything to do with this meeting that I was so told that it is important?" his attitude was now calm as if the anger he had few seconds ago wasn't here at all, just a while ago they were all trembling in fear but now the heat has dissipated, or was it a calm before an upcoming storm?. "It is very important and not just for you but for the prosperity and peace of Ximpton sire" carried on Gordon.
"And I assume you've already found me a bride huh?" he let out a sarcastic laughter which ran chills on everyone in the room.
"With all due respect..... we've found a very suitable woman who would fit in every aspects to become a Queen of Ximpton my King" Levyndrion smirked, he knew it! "Lord Gordon..... that is so bold of you but then as everybody is aware .... I have a woman already by my side" , Gordon frowned as well as the other Ministers and officials "But the your Majesty..... you cannot marry a stranger and make her out Queen, it will create chaos within our kingdom ..... you need a strong partner by your side ... not her" blurted Minister Heffman in one go, Ofcourse he lowered his head down feeling the King's glare at him. "Watch your tongue Heffman!" he said with calm posture but they couldn't miss the irritation in his voice.
"Heffman is correct sire, with all due respect we deem Princess of Dillonia is a fitted candidate for our Queen's chair" intervened Minister of wealth Lilof Beremin, seems like Gordon was a good starting point cause everyone could talk now seeing how one by one of them is daring to get out of their shells and face him. "Wait! What? Audrey? but the she is my little sister! Are you still under the hype of getting under skirts Lilof!!!" he shouted embarrassing Lilof but he was determined to take out the woman called Acine.
"I'm completely sober sire and yes we would like to send our hand in marriage to Dillonia's Princess, Audrey " he exclaimed firmly ignoring his racing heart and faced his fears. "I said she is a little sister to me gentlemans! I can't marry her!" he said in a harsh tone. What is wrong with these oldmans? They made the decision of who to marry and went too far for that person to be Audrey! how could he marry someone whom he sees as a little sister? I mean he haven't even agreed to marry anyone yet let alone Audrey! .
"Ofcourse sire she is your sister .... but then not of the same womb, Princess Audrey being your sister is another reason for our Kingdom to benefit much from this unity" uttered Heffman.
His face darkened, so it's only for their greed? Hah! I would never let that happen "I will only marry one woman and that is Acine! whether you want it or not!" he shouted clearly for all of them to hear. Minister Lilof got down to his knees, a second later everyone else copied his action surprising Levy, "Your Majesty..... our excellency..... think about it one more time, think about it for our Kingdom and your people! we are well aware of how strong the Kingdom of Dillonia is in every aspects! Our Kingdom is no less but think about it when these two powerful Kingdoms unites and become one, there won't be unnecessary wars .... the northerners, the westerners they would all respect us even more and think twice before planning an attack!" he paused catching his breath .....wiping off the sweat on his forehead with the back of his hand, he used so much energy to talk and now he could only hope the King to reconsider his words. "Please accept and marry the Princess of Dillonia, she is very smart Princess to ever happened in any Kingdom's history" he continued giving a formal bow "Please accept this sire!" they all said in unison as uf they were minions following Lilof their master.
Levyndrion close his eyes and let out a deep breath, frustrated by their continous stupid pleas, he stood up a d walked out of the courtroom without saying a word. The Ministers and officials raised their heads looking at his disappearing figure at the doors , they all got up on their feet , "For the first time Lilof you've done something sensible ! huh! Nice going" said Gordon G's with sarcasm.
Lilof grinned at him "Oh come Lord Gordon! I may be greedy but I know how to choose a perfect gem to benefit from" he uttered mockingly before he turned and left the room too, leaving everyone else speechless, so he was doing this just to end up being on a good side of the Queen and get things out of her? huh! while others were pleading for the country's welfare he is seeking connection? despicable men! Gordon shook his head.
Acine was inside her bedroom with a frown, she already heard about the news from the courtroom, she planted her own person to eavesdrop and he was so good at his work never missing to report even a slight word. "Seems okay yhe battle that you set me up for is about to began uncle " she let out a sigh "But Levy is mine! I can't... I can't share him with anyone!" she bitten her lower lip, her face darkening with hate. Shortly the door was pushed opened and the lavender scent wafted on her nose, there he is! the man she loves came to her sooner than expected today, she quickly switched to her frown to a sweet smile "You are back" she said lovingly, Levyndrion stroded and yanked her to his arms "Oh Acine..... what should I do ?" he uttered sniffing her hairs , there is this smell that always drives him insane ..... pulling him to her, "What is it my love?" she whispered, even pulled away his face darkening just at the thought of it , he stood looking out the window. "Complicated... I'm tired Acine" he murmured, she reached the hook behind her dress and unhooked it, her of shoulders dress fell down to the floor revealing her bare body, she usually doesn't even wear undergarments because Levy was a sex addict, he would pop out of nowhere or anytime and make love with her without saying a word, so she was always prepared, she leaves the door open for him in advance. Levyndrion turned and wow! he was satisfied with what welcomed his eyes, he smiled feeling so content. Acine walked to where he was and untied his rove before sliding it down to the floor and then he went for his shirt and pants, slowly and gracefully while not tearing eyes contacts.
