The next day Prince Levyndrion stood by their castle's big gates along with Vincy and the coachman. Queen Jene then climbed down the stairs walking to bid him a farewell, Prince Levy was facing the gates so he wasn't able to see his mother coming towards him, "She won't even come to see me off? I can't believe this!" he furrowed to what was happening, how could his mother not come to see him even for the last time before ge goes away.
Was she this much eager to send him away? Vincy chuckled and the annoyed Prince smirked at him "What's so funny?" , Vincy stretched his hand pointing behind him, he narrowed his eyes following up what this stupid servant of his was trying to show him , the sun was shining so he placed his palm on his forehead to get a better view and his lips voluntarily curled up to see her mother's physique coming towards him. "Come here son" said Queen Jene waving her hand and spread her arms wide, Levy walked in long strides and soon collided with his mother for a warm hug, he buried his face on her nake nestling like a little boy .
They stood like that for a while dealing with their emotions that was flowing through then at the moment.
It was a mother and son thing that only the two of them could understand.
Meanwhile Vincy was helping the coachman to place the trunks into the carriage giving the two of them some space alone, "I'm going to miss you Mama" A drop of tear rolled off his cheek and then to her mother's shoulder, Queen Jene pulled away and held his face in her hands I'm going to miss you too son, so much" her eyes blinked and couples of tears streams down, Now it was Levy's turn to wipe her tears with his thumb and kissed her forehead "The fierce Queen of Ximpton is currently whining, the people at the court room should see this " he teased her to enlighten her mood again.
She laughed and pinched his spongy cheeks "Goodness! what a caring son I have with me" she paused for a bit looking at him, she took out a bracelet from her pocket and helped him wear it around his wrist, a bracelet with lavender gems. "This will help you to calm down once your body shift, and ... you be careful around others, apart from your uncle nobody should know your true identity because...." she couldn't finish he cut her off "It will endanger my life! my nature existence should remain secret for now . I know mother and I remember each and every words of yours so please rest assured , I can't imagine how you would look like once you get older Queen Jene all these wrinkles aaagh!" saying this he used his finger trying to press back the wrinkles on her forehead, due to being such worry wart this woman here would grow old soon. "What? you! what I failed to catch is that my son is now very sensible and grown up to take care of himself hut I can't help it as a mother " Levy hugged her again then pulled away and kissed her palms "Goodbye mama, take good care of yourself and I will take care of your Levy for you don't you worry, Okay?" he smiled along with her mother "Yes son I will , take care " they hugged again for a last time before he turned to leave and entered the carriage with Vincy, he looked out the window and waved at his mother, she waved back with a bright smile until the carriage left the castle and the gates were shut.
Queen Jene sighed in relief to finally get him to go to Dillonia to be educated even more by his uncle, it's not like there weren't competent people to guide him here but his uncle would be very helpful.
"I made a right decision right?" she questioned Jene to her personal servant or right hand Hillary, the man seemed very masculine and serious with his work also trustworthy that why the Queen was involving him. "Yes your highness, Crown Prince is going to be under a good influence by his uncle's side, you should rest assured " Queen turned to him smiling "Thank you Hillary, how about the matter I told you to look into?" she said making her way to the court room, "The man left , he neighbours said she usually goes to mountains , to conclude he must be hiding there" .
Queen Jene shook her head "Get him to Me!" , she ordered, Hillary bowed "Yes Mu Queen " he turned and walked away as the Queen enters the court room. The man must be scared for nothing because Queen Jene wasn't planning to harm him, she was just curious about some things and wanted to ask him about it, the man was supposed to be a great witch.
Evening broke through to where Prince Levy's carriage was heading to, the forest seemed so quiet with only birds chirping and crows making noise, the coachman decided to increase the speed so that the night won't reach them while they were still inside the forest, who knows what would happen with the night creatures, the Prince didn't want a single guard to escort him , the men wondered why.
They reached the city of Dillonia some two days later , it was three days journey but due to their speed they reached earlier, the carriage was halted by the gates at the main gates of the city if Dillonia, the coachman took out a royal passage stone and soon after confirming they were allowed to pass through tonthe city. The castle was a bit far from the city and since it was night time the Prince decided to rest and they would continue their journey first thing tomorrow .
Vincent did the work of finding an Inn for the night , after taking several rounds and turns he finally came back to their carriage that was parked near a bar house, "Your majesty, I found somewhere " he reported, Levy raised his hand up indicating a permit for them to go ahead. Vincy then hinted the coachman about the place and soon their carriage headed to the told direction. They payed for their stay and settled in, it wasn't comfortable for Levyndrion since he was used to lay on am extravagant bed in a luxurious bedroom, but the bed he laid on today didn't even fit his length, his long legs were hanging at the end , Sigh 'I should cope with it ' he told himself to get used to it because he wasn't in his mighty castle anyway, he couldn't stop thinking that there's more to come more than a short bed, he had to be prepared just incase. He finally closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.
Vincy laid down on a couch while the coachman man occupying the other one .
A bell rang from the castle indicating that it was dawn already, the sunlight striked into the room and hit his delicate face, he groaned and used his elbow to cover his face. "Are you awake my Prince?" questioned Vincy who was already up since an hour ago with the coachman.
Levy gave him a nod and sat up , "I've prepared bath for you that way my Prince " he pointed to a an old wooden door.
Levy gulped down a glass of water his Adam apple bobbing up and down, his eyes were searching around the room they weren't complete "Where's the coachman?" , Vincy handed him a towel "Oh , he is already on his way home and don't worry I've already got us another ride" he explained. He nodded and headed to wash up something that he wasn't used to "Would you like me to assist you my Prince?" he blurted making Levy halt by the door his face twisted in disgust by his words 'Him? to assist me? in the bath?' he tsked "Tsk tsk tsk never mind" he opened the door and banged it , he couldn't even imagine his body being rubbed by his fellow male, he thought it was such a crazy thing to him, although he already heard about the existence of the love if Sam's gender he shook off his thoughts and soaked himself in the bath tub.
The two stepped out if the Inn and took their horses heading to the castle, his eyes looked around , it was such a busy day it seems in the market, beautiful girls giggling as he spared a look at them, his blank handsome face turned the other side so as not to distract his attention.
They arrived at the castle and waited outside, the men that Vincy had payed to carry their things were already there too, King Jeremy came out with some of his officials to welcome the Crown Prince of Ximpton. "Welcome my dear nephew, it's an honour to have you here " he said as he approached him, Levy bowed his head to show respect along with his servant. Although he was a Crown Prince back at kingdom doesn't mean he have to disrespect others, he was that type of young man, 'respect comes first' was engraved in his heart by his dear mother, Thankfully they arrived safely and sound at the new land. His mother's elder brother is the King of this Kingdom..... Dillonia.
