Here to introduce my newest work, "Transcending the Seed of Evil".
As you probably know (or not), the first BLs I read are cultivation danmeis.
But the first BL I wrote was a werewolf BL, then a vampire BL, then omegaverse BL, then sci-fi BL, then celebrity/entertainment BL.
I have always. ALWAYS. Wanted to write my own cultivation danmei but it took a while before the idea takes form in my head.
The very first scene that cross my mind when I think about this work is the last meeting of Mo Zhiyuan and Shen Ruizhe in the crystal cave.
Mo Zhiyuan, chained to the ground and subdued by a huge spiritual array, is glaring at his shizun Shen Ruizhe, who has his back turned at him.
His heart is brimming with hatred and jealousy, and he wants to inflict as much pain on Shen Ruizhe as possible, not at all realizing that Shen Ruizhe's heart has gone numb from all the torments and pain that he suffers for past decades.
Love and hatred, misunderstanding and prejudice, pile up between the two men, making it impossible for them to properly empathize with each other.
And once the barrier is torn apart, all they see is a gaping chasm with endless bottom.
Who will make the effort to cross the deep ravine?
Is it even worth it to salvage the relationship?
