A/N: I'm just here to say this real quick to explain something. The lore I use is from the official league of legends sites and fandoms also the league lore has been updated and changed a lot over its 10 plus years so something that might have been the case years ago might not be how it is now.
The night came and went and now Thor was getting ready to make a sword for the quest. He planned to make it a simple short sword, something that wont use as many materials as other weapons while still having the same concept as its larger versions. First thing first, he ate breakfast before going straight to preparing the other materials for the short sword from a guard, grip, and pommel. After preparing them and leaving them in a way that if they need adjustments it will be an easy fix, he got to heating the iron for his sword and while usually he'd have to watch the flames carefully and determine whether its to hot or not hot enough now he does not have that problem as he just has to will the flames to be 2000 degrees Fahrenheit and they follow. The new talent also came into play when he was hammering away the impurities on the metal as Flaw Sight allowed him to see the places he needed to focus on and what was fine. When it all came to the end he dipped the blade into water before hammering on the guard, fitting the grip, and screwing in the pommel.
What came into view was an average looking short sword that when put on display someone may not think much of it but when you say that a 7 year old child made it then that would truly be a shocking and incredible sight.
"By Ornn's horns boy you really made a fine blade. Although it doesn't appear like much the blade is far more durable than most expert blacksmiths can achieve while even Master blacksmiths who dedicated their lives to the craft would have to put some effort into the sword to keep it that durable and sharp" Eorlund said this as he picked up the blade and started testing it. "Thank you for teaching me so well grandpa" Thor said while on the inside talking to his system.
'System I completed the quest right so give me the reward and use the gacha immediately I really want to see what I get'

'Oh makes sense, not like I want to make an enemy of any of the Freljord's Demigods' As Thor went through this he didn't notice Eorlund leaving the room and coming back with a large box that is emitting a freezing temperature with frost and cold air wafting off of it. "Come here boy" Eorlund said, getting Thor's attention and motioning for him to come next to him. "What's inside this box is a family heirloom of mine. It's been passed on in my family since the time when my ancestors followed the 3 sisters Avarosa, Serylda, and Lissandra. Unfortunately only an Iceborn is capable of using them and although I am a descendant of the Iceborn it is still incredibly rare to awaken as one. I believe you are an Iceborn lad, I've noticed over the years that no matter how cold it is you are never affected whereas even hardened warriors and survivors of the various tribes would shiver. That is only possible if you are an Iceborn, so I will give you these." After Eorlund says this he opens the box to reveal two beautiful swords that seemed to be made from Ice with what seems to be Obsidian guards and grips and that same Ice as a pommel.

"These are the swords of True Ice used by my Ancestor when he followed the 3 sisters. True Ice is the strongest material in the world and few metals are as good or better than it even in the wide world. The Guard and grip are made of Obsidian that for being in contact with True Ice for so long as changed it to something far superior" Eorlund said as he gestured to Thor to grab them. But Thor was hesitating not because he was scared of the swords but because of what they are to Eorlund. These are swords that his ancestor used when he followed the 3 sisters who the people of the freljord today revere and he's giving them to Thor who isn't even of his blood. "Are you sure grandpa, these are two True Ice swords not to mention that there are probably no more then around 10 of these weapons left today and I'm not your grandson by blood so wouldn't your ancestor be mad when you meet him in the spirit realm in the future?" Thor said while looking hesitantly at the swords
"HAHAHA don't you worry boy, you already know that I've long lost my only child to the ferocity's of the world but that was long ago and while it still pains me and Fralia we have learned that we cant hold onto it forever. So we have long decided since the day you decided to live with us that we would treat you as if you are truly our own and if my ancestor in the spirit realm doesn't like it then he can go fuck himself. So will you take these swords as my last descendant if not by blood then by heart and soul." Eorlund said with misty eyes while putting a hand on Thor's shoulder and kneeling to his level. "I will make sure to use them to make you proud." Thor said before hugging Eorlund with all his heart before turning to the swords and picking them up in both hands. They were pretty heavy as they were swords for an adult but he could make do. It just looked like he was wielding two great swords instead of two normal size swords because of the size difference.

'Yes' Thor thought while mentally preparing himself for the pain that was to probably come

A/N: How do you all like the chapter? I tried showing how Eorlund's personality is and how he feels, how did I do? Anyways 1.5k words is the most I've done before and it took me around 3 hours to finish the chapter as I had to research lore while also debating different ways I can do things so it takes quite a bit for me to finish a chapter lol
