A/N:
Instead of rewriting chapter 3, I decided to edit the part where he decides to head to the location of Spiderman and made it that the MC is just trying to get a hold over what he can do, and come to terms with the fact that this may take more than a day or even week to figure out.
Leo POV:
4 months later, and not a lot of things had changed aside from the fact, that repairs were still going on in the city from the fight with the Abomination, and Hulk schools were beginning to re-open once again, as life was slowly returning to its natural drift for the people of New York.
Aside from me of course, I had little to no success in recalling any previous power. I had begun training my body, as I believed that maybe my body just wasn't mature enough to go through the metamorphoses it had gone through before, so I had made the resolve to at least go to a gym, and go for a run around my local park. Call me cliché, but it was the only thing I could do.
My powerlessness over this period had nearly driven me to the belief that I would, become a random civilian. That one guy in a tv show that seemed to be important, but only pop up in one episode just to be thrown in the trash and forgotten.
Until now that was.

Weschester:
'Professor!'.....'Professor! shouted the voice once again. 'What is it Hank?'. 'I've got it, I have managed to crack our walking talking Enigma! I may have missed this young boy or girl, but yesterday at 3 or 4 there was a minor surge of gamma radiation, an inconsequential amount of it, in fact a surge so minor I doubt it would even pop up on scanners.'
'Okay... but how does this correlate, to the mutant we've been looking for -' 'Yes!, I figured that out as well'. Exclaimed Hank proudly 'I found that the mutant's signature re-appeared on Cerebro at the same time, the gamma radiation surged, but soon after both signals ceased as if they weren't there exactly like, what had happened 4 months ago in the midst of the Hulk's battle'.
' Ok Hank, I'll get Scott and Logan to visit this new mutant, we must celebrate later you may have just saved a person who's feeling lost or even saddened by what's happening to them. I just hope, that they are safe I pray that they're safe right now'.
Few hours later
Leo pov:
This 4 month grace period, or whatever you'd call it is nearly over. School will soon resume, and it'll be as nothing had happened.
'Ah', I scratched my eye's grabbing at the hairs on my eyelashes, as it felt like a few strands of hair had been caught up in my eye. Little pokes and prodes, quickly became violent scratches as the feeling began to increase, and began to turn from a slight itch to a dagger being inserted into my eye.
I looked into the river, to find that my eye's were slowly turning red from the sides, 'Great just great--- the fuck'. I saw that my pupils, were also beginning to turn ruby red. Turning the tap on, I began to splash water on my face to see if this was some sort, of sick hallucination or reality, 'wait a minute....'
The ruby red glow in my eyes, began to grow lighter until...

General POV:
'C'mon Logan, this is it' 'Slim, are you sure this is where our mystery mutant is'. 'This is the address, the professor gave us we have no other option, but to check it out and relay what we can to the others'. said Scott to Logan, as he raised up his hand to ring the doorbell.
'Wait!' shouted Logan, as he grasped Scott's arm. 'Logan, you can't be this suspicious of every single new mutant we meet, I mean it took you months to get along with Colossus'. 'Don't ya hear that Slim? Quickly get away from the door-
A blinding ruby red light, travelled outwards, cars and trees were being destroyed, as some cars caught in the wave of the blast were nearly instantly, set ablaze and exploded. Screaming, could be heard from the house as havoc ensued. Pedestrians quickly running in the other direction, as some people jumped out of the cars, while still in motion as the rode was being destroyed.
From the centre of the chaos, could be seen Leo struggling with himself, as he could not close his eyes due to the amount of energy, bursting from them.
Before more chaos could ensue Logan charged into the condo, to try and subdue the mutant. His clothes were turned into shreds, as they could not withstand the force of the optic blasts. 3 feet from the source of this light, he saw a figure through his eroding eyes that were trying to regenerate fast enough to withstand the force of the blast. It was a male or at least, that's what he could discern.
He was primed against the wall, which would mean that the optic blasts coming from his body were also pushing him back in the opposite direction.
2 feet. Once close enough, Logan quickly got out of line with the blast, running towards Leo while trying to dodge the sparks of energy that were spilling out, and going array. 'Sorry bout this bub' saying Logan as he punched Leo in the side of his head, with a little more force, than usual.
Leo, fell onto the ground, losing consciousness and the energy from his eyes, began to fade away.
'Nice work Lo- oh god' said Scott, as he saw that some of Logan's flesh had been teared from his body, leaving his rib caged exposed and the sight of a pulsing heart.
'Logan Can you tell me why his blasts where akin to mine, and why the hell he has 3 bony claws...' Said Scott, as he watched the bone claws slowly retract into Leo's body with the slit they came from regenerating at an inhuman rate. 'I'll get the black bird round slim, you stay with him till then slim'. Said Logan walking to the door, as his body had nearly finished regenerating.
Hours Later-
Leo POV:
'cold' I thought to myself as I felt something metal around my wrist. I got up slowly looking around , to find myself on some sort of hospital bed, in a blue room with white lights in the corner. What caught my eye, was a large door with the letter X branded on it. The last thing I remembered, was a short dude with barely any skin punching me in the head when I.... 'Oh god'.
It's coming back to me now, my eyes were itching incessantly until everything went red like when you look through a red or blue ruler, or tainted glasses. When that happened, I felt a sharp pain in my knuckles, but couldn't investigate any further, as everything I found myself being pushed back onto the wall, as I felt energy pouring out from my eyes, destroying anything I looked at.
''Oh, your awake now, I know you may be confused but-' 'Who the heck are you! and why the hell are you... blue?' I said in slight panic and shock
'Please do not be alarmed, your in a safe place, you are in the X - mansion'
