When they arrived at the big and tall gate which is the entrance to The Eve, Zhou Zhu Yao look in awe. The entrance arch is so big and high, is this really where Bai Yi Yang bought the new house? Isn't this a high end neighborhood?
Bai Yi Yang need to register the car's plate number so that they don't have to notify the security guard all the time so she went out with the residence card.
"This is not a permanent car, when I go out, I will stop by again." Bai Yi Yang said to the guard and the guard agree.
"The car has been registered. Miss, you can always update it at your respective building's lobby. It's too troublesome for you to come here." The guard said respectfully.
This young miss should be the owner of the newly renovated house in Building 3. Her house is quite high up, it was rare to see the owner went out by themselves, it is usually their driver or just anyone else. The girl is also so young, he is very curious about her background.

The guard watch as the car drive in and he also start focusing back on his work.
Bai Yi Yang now know that they have allocated parking at the underground parking so she told Zhou Zhu Yao to drive straight to Building 3 underground parking.
"This place is really well maintained. It is very clean and the residential area is so big." Zhou Zhu Yao said as they passed by Building 1. There is so many thing she wanted to say but she is just stunned to even say anything.
"En. It is very safe too. Unauthorised vehicle is not allowed in." Bai Yi Yang add. She just realised that it may be hard to get their food delivered like this.
"Is this really our house jie?" Bai Yi Fang ask in disbelief. The neighbourhood is so big, they are clean and beautiful too.
"Yes. How can I lie about something like this. Once we settle, I will bring you to walk around." Bai Yi Yang giggle.
"So, we are really rich now." Bai Yi Mo who is also looking outside the window comment.
"Well..we are comfortable." Bai Yi Yang correct him and Bai Yi Mo nod.
"What floor is your house?" Zhou Zhu Yao ask as they approached Building 3.
"22nd floor." Bai Yi Yang answer. They enter the well lit underground parking with two lanes, one coming in and one coming out.
Zhou Zhu Yao is a bit afraid about the unfamiliar place so she slow down and drive much carefully. In fact, the lane is not narrow at all.
"Turn right then turn left and you will see a parking space with label 3-22." Bai Yi Yang said and Zhou Zhu Yao did as she was told.
Once she noticed the parking space, she carefully parked the car in reverse parking. The space is bigger than regular parking space, there is no need to worry about hitting the car next to them.
Zhou Zhu Yao is slightly sweaty, the cars around them is really not common ah. She can say that this residency is full of rich people. She never imagine that she will face this kind of situation in her life. What a great experience indeed.
Once the car engine is off, Bai Yi Chen took out their luggage one by one. Each of them have their own luggage, except for Bai Yi Mo and Bai Yi Fang who is sharing one big luggage.
"So many good looking cars." Bai Yi Mo said while carrying TongTong.
"When you grow up, jiejie will buy you one." Bai Yi Yang said and Bai Yi Mo reject it with childish tone, he said that he will earn his own money then buy a car for Bai Yi Yang instead.
Bai Yi Yang laugh as she pat his small head and walk in front with Bai Yi Mo. She head to the lift and tap her residence card. The lift door open and they all enter with their luggage.
As what the staff in the lobby said before, only 4 buttons light up. The underground parking, main lobby, 22nd floor and the rooftop. Everyone was amazed by this and Bai Yi Yang explain it go them.
"If you want to go anywhere, you need this residence card. I only have one for now but I will apply for a copy later." Bai Yi Yang said and everyone nod.
"Is there no other way to go up other than using the elevator? What if a fire broke out?" Bai Yi Ling ask.
"There is an emergency stair which can only be open from our house, then if we want to open it from the stairs, we need to use card too." Bai Yi Yang explain. The Eve really prioritise safety and privacy. Basically, without your permission, no one can step foot on your own floor.
"Then our new house is so cool. It's like the whole floor will be ours alone." Bai Yi Mo said.
"That's right. Even if you place your shoe racks outside, there is no need to worry about it going missing." Zhou Zhu Yao said. She have live in City Nan before when she was a student and she rented a room. Everything need to be placed inside the room, if not they will go missing the next day.
They arrived at the 22nd floor without interruption. They all step out of the elevator and directly in front of them is their house. The space between the elevator and the house is not big but from here, they can see the view of City Nan from the floor to ceiling glass wall.
Like Bai Yi Yang said, there is an emergency door and complete fire emergency kit.
"Let's go in." Bai Yi Yang call the children who is already looking at the surrounding near the glass wall.
"Yes." They answer cheerfully and ran to the door. When Bai Yi Yang open the tall door, they exclaimed with amazement when the light are tuned on. Have to say, Ru Qing did a very good job. The house looks more luxurious than any hotel they have been.
Unlike their house in Qinfang Village, this is totally a modern house, ultra modern house with minimalism at the same time.
"Is this..really your house?" Zhou Zhu Yao said in disbelief. Everyone has done taking off their shoes but she is still in awe at the door.
"En. I spent quite a lot of money." Bai Yi Yang nod and whisper. Then, she start checking and taking pictures at the same time. She took pictures of her happy siblings and the beautiful space too.
This time around, she will also get a lot of good pictures of them with genuine reactions. Bai Yi Yang is happy too.
The children is so excited, they goes behind the thick curtain to look outside and saw the balcony with tea table and chairs. Bai Yi Yang adjust the air conditioning then press the remote to open the thick curtain.
"Wow!" The children exclaimed again, Bai Yi Yang just laugh and try everything one by one, especially the lights.
Bai Yi Yang push a door that camouflage as the wall and the children eyes widened, they follow her and it was actually the kitchen. It's a modern kitchen with build in oven, dishwasher and tall fridge. The oven is build with electrical stove and pressure cooker with similar theme colour is on top of the counter.
There are natural lighting coming from outside and the view is really not bad. It's not as big as their kitchen in Qinfang village but it is still a big kitchen.
The island counter can also be used as a bar counter because there are 4 stools placed behind it. The dining table is a 8 seater table too. It's just that when the children open the fridge, they were disappointed because it only contains bottled water.
"There is no food?" Bai Yi Fang ask.
"Food won't appear out of nowhere, you need to buy them." Zhou Zhu Yao said and tell them to close the fridge again.
"There is a convenience store at Building 2, later you can go buy some snacks there." Bai Yi Yang said and the children cheer up.They immediately start planning on what to buy later.
After checking what's lacking in the kitchen, Bai Yi Yang make a mental note of what to buy. They lack pots and pans, cooking utensils such as spatula, ladle and knife, serving plates, plates, bowls, spoon, forks, steak knife and chopsticks. There is a chic looking knife holder and cutting boards but there is nothing placed in it.
Other than that, they also lack basic condiments, seasoning, herbs and basically all raw materials to cook. There is nothing.
There will be quite a few that Bai Yi Yang need to buy to fill up the kitchen. If not, she can't cook for tomorrow housewarming dinner.
Bai Yi Yang goes on the small space where the laundry area is situated. It is also a part of the kitchen. Ru Qing choose a corner to place the washing machine and the drying machine, then an overhead rack to place the detergent and stuff. As for the laundry basket, they should be in the individual bedroom.
They went out of the kitchen and explore the bedrooms next. The master bedrooms will become the 3 girls bedroom. It was huge with a California King size bed with an empty walk in closet and the bathroom is also beautiful with jacuzzi bathtub that can fit 2 adults. The girls is excited to take a bath when they saw the jacuzzi. All in all, the master bedroom is just that great.
The other two bedrooms is actually not bad at all, it's just that they look a bit regular when compared to the master bedroom. The two bedrooms have Queen size bed and build in closet with a lit of space. Both rooms also have their own personal bathroom with single person bathtub. Actually, there is nothing to nitpick, it is also perfectly decorated with personal style.
The boys room is more chic and the guest room is more elegant and will cater to everyone's taste. The theme is much similar to a hotel room with less personalised item. Zhou Zhu Yao will naturally occupy the guest room while she is staying here.
After touring around the house, Bai Yi Yang let them open the floor to ceiling window and look around the balcony. The balcony is not big, maybe around 8 meter square in size. Since there is nothing to look except for the view, they went inside again and close the window.
Then, they just stay in the living room. There is nothing much in the living room but the couch alone occupied a large area. Bai Yi Yang was extra careful when choosing the sofa.
There is a long 4 seater sofa with a chaise lounge sofa placed directly opposite to the TV. On the left is a 3 seater sofa and on the right is 2 individual 1 seater sofa. They are actually called 2 seater or 3 seater but the 4 seater sofa can fit 6 people just fine because they are basically oversized.
Besides the oversized sofa, there are additional of 3 Nordic stool sofa. Whereas in the middle is square wooden table with unique texture decorated by hard covered books and magazines. They looks like English encyclopaedia and Bai Yi Yang plan to have a look later.
Bai Yi Yang let her siblings pose for pictures with their OOTD. They dressed up when they left today but haven't taken much pictures. Just nice, they can just do OOTD in their new house.
"I will take one for you." Bai Yi Chen offer and Bai Yi Yang gladly accept it. She promised Ah Qi to send pictures later, she can't let him wait long.
Bai Yi Chen wasn't good before but he also improved over time. How can he let Bai Yi Yang just took pictures all the time, there must be Bai Yi Yang's pictures in the bunch too.
Everyone chat as they sit on the couch after the tour and pictures session while Bai Yi Chen is checking out the game console that is connected to the 75" television.
"When did you buy this?" Bai Yi Chen ask. He is checking out the DVD that is neatly arranged on the TV rack.
"I ask Ru Qing jie to add them since you all love to play video games so much." Bai Yi Yang said. This game console is not from HN Brand. They are added because Bai Yi Yang requested them.
"Great!" Bai Yi Mo said when he saw a game that he loves to play.
"Can we play them now?" Bai Yi Mo ask again.
"No. Didn't you say you wanted to tour around? Let's look around the neighbourhood first." Bai Yi Yang said and Bai Yi Mo reluctantly put down the DVD disk.
They walk out and went to the rooftop first. This is where the swimming pool is and some outdoor seating area that they can hang out with.
When they arrived there, the swimming pool is empty and the children can't wait to play in the water.
"Jie, we can just look around later. I need to swim now." Bai Yi Mo pester this time.
'Host, let him be. It's look really fun, if I am not a cat, I would have jump too.' TongTong said lazily. She loves their new house too but she is a cat, what's so exciting about everything.
Actually TongTong is a bit sad because the fridge is empty. In this world, it love food the most.
"Then return home to change." Bai Yi Yang said and the children cheer happily. They return home and quickly changed.
