[Two days later] [Wednesday - 6:00 a.m.]
In the Gamma training room, Doryoku stretched his body a bit with his typical training clothes to start with today's class.
After solving the Rubik's cube several times, Last laser moved on to the second workout which basically consisted of running at full speed while solving the Rubik's cube.
Doryoku would say he did quite well, although the hole shaped like him in the wall of the training room says otherwise.
The other tests were mostly warnings about his bias towards other's quirks, plus he shouldn't think that his quirk was invincible, something Doryoku learned very well in his fight against Yoshino at the sports festival.
It wasn't entirely his fault, or so Last laser said, after all, it's a common thing when you're a kyanseru to exaggerate the destructive power of your quirk.
Anyway, when Doryoku did his last back stretch, he turned around and could see Last laser waiting for him to finish at the entrance.
Doryoku walked up to him and greeted him respectfully as always.
"Good morning Laser-sensei" Doryoku said making a small bow in respect to which Last laser nodded with satisfaction.
"You've improved your control a lot in a short time brat, but you still need something to use that control, that's what today's class consists of" Last laser said with a serious tone as he walked to the center of the training room.
Something that should be noted is that Doryoku still released a bit of steam when using his quirk, mostly when using kinetic field, but at least now he could spend two hours using his quirk normally.
Upon reaching the center of the training room, Last laser took a deep breath, placed his right leg in front, his left hand open palm down, and his right claw-shaped hand up.
"Aikido posture, the last of the martial arts created before the quirks" Last laser said in a serious tone as Doryoku looked at the posture curiously.
Doryoku was not an expert, but considering what was seen in Oboro, his posture was purely defensive, nothing more.
"Aikido can be defined in one thing, peace, it redirects the blows and is part but not collisions" said Last laser getting out of his posture and looking at Doryoku seriously.
"When the quirks appeared the martial arts lost a lot of ground, but without them you are just like a certain useless smiling American" Last laser said giving a too direct hint making Doryoku smile nervously.
"I teach you this because I want you to LIVE, Aikido, this art represents everything that a hero should be, and your quirk can take it to its maximum splendor" said Last laser with total seriousness causing Doryoku to be a little surprised by this.
Aikido had three rules, two already explained by Last laser and the last one, known as Ki.
For Last laser the latter was a superstitious ridiculousness, but with the energy of Doryoku's own quirk taking the fictional place of Ki, Aikido truly reached its peak.
Doryoku's quirk was literally Aikido, redirection, use of opponent's energies and if used correctly, absolute peace in every move.
The rest of the day Doryoku learned the basics, breathing through the diaphragm so as not to lose balance, some postures and never using it to hurt, always to hit back, something that he liked a lot as a concept.
Last laser taught him several of the most common postures, but he told Doryoku that it was best for him to live Aikido, not for him to learn it, so he pointed out that he should learn to live it by himself.
And so the rest of the morning passed, plus some battles with Last laser, which led to another hole in the wall with the shape of Doryoku.

At 10:00 am. Azami and Mirai ate quietly while talking to each other in the school canteen.
At that moment, they both heard a tray being placed on the table, and when they looked, Doryoku was all full of dirt and with many blows to his body.
"I thought they couldn't hurt you with your quirk" Mirai said trying to hold back her laughter when she saw Doryoku's expression of defeat.
"I can't use my quirk to learn martial arts, they would lose their purpose" Doryoku said with a pained expression on his face and trying to ignore Mirai.
"This is the second time this has happened to you Suzuki-kun, why don't you wear a helmet?" Azami asked in a thoughtful tone upon seeing Doryoku covered in injuries.
"Ohh Wisteria, the walls of the UA are harder than you think" Doryoku said with a little fear to look at the walls and that they hit him back.
"I almost like you red-headed emo, you're on the right track" Mirai said laughing slightly at Doryoku's reactions and giving a thumb up.
Doryoku wasn't really sure if that was good or bad, but as always he preferred to ignore it and continue eating.
"There are only 15 days left before the hero internships end" Azami said suddenly in a calm tone while doing calculations in her mind.
"Luckily, I'm getting bored already, no offense emo" Mirai said to Doryoku, being a little more polite at least.
"I could use a fight with Oboro, the fights against Laser-sensei only bring me trauma" Doryoku said with a thoughtful tone and a slight chill when remembering the training battles with Last laser.
And after this, lunchtime ended and Doryoku had to continue his training.

"I was able to kill you in 45 different ways in that move" Last laser said with a terrifyingly serious tone and causing Doryoku to have a chill down his spine as they faced each other in the same Aikido pose.
Last laser had allowed Doryoku to use his quirk so as not to get beaten up again, though that didn't change that he was inexperienced.
"I don't want you to think about your movement, feel the energy, or the kinetic force of your rival if you want to call it that, use it and redirect everything calmly and peacefully" Last laser said with a calmer tone, launching a quick punch towards Doryoku.
Doryoku put his palm diagonally and deflected the blow completely, but took another to the chest twice as fast and with more force.
It did not affect Doryoku due to his kinetic body, but the amount of kinetic energy it generated made Doryoku sweat cold with a bit of fear.
"Rest now brat, you are too tense to continue training for now" said Last laser and then walk towards the bleachers and sit down to rest a bit.
Doryoku breathed a sigh of relief at this and deactivated his bracelet (which was releasing a bit of steam) and sat close to Last laser while he drank some water.
Last laser was always busy, and this was his first time to rest, so Doryoku was a little curious to learn about him.
"Laser-sensei, how did you get that strong? And more importantly, why?" Doryoku asked curiously and quite expectantly.
Last laser was someone Doryoku had looked up to since they started training, but not only for his strength, but also for the way he understood the world and his experience.
"That was a long time ago brat, but those times are ones that nobody wants to remember or talk about" said Last laser with a calm tone and avoiding the subject like everyone who lived it.
"Are you referring to the dark age of heroes?" Doryoku said with a thoughtful and serious tone taking Last laser by surprise a bit.
"Who told you about that brat?" Last laser said with a very serious tone making Doryoku tense a bit.
"Okā-chan, she told me about my father being a hero in those days, and how that was a letter to suicide, but she's not a heroine so I don't know much" Doryoku said with a bit of nervousness at Last laser's gaze but still seriously.
Last laser calmed down quite a bit and let out a heavy sigh, then said...
"That's just the tip of the iceberg brat, in those days one of the best cases was simple death" Last laser said with a serious and explanatory tone, to which Doryoku paid a lot of attention.
"Don't tell anyone what I'm going to tell you, I'm telling you because you already know a big part, but nothing more" Last laser said with a serious and warning tone, making him agree with understanding.
"You see, a long time ago all of Japan was controlled by a single villain, whose name made any hero of those times tremble, me included" Last laser said in an explanatory tone causing Doryoku to be greatly surprised.
Last laser raised his vest a little in the heart part and Doryoku could see a large scar on it, as well as being quite deep.
"I'm still alive for some reason, because if the one who did this to me had advanced another centimeter, I wouldn't be here talking to you" Last laser said in a calm tone and then continued with his story.
"Many people made a serious effort to change those times, groups, alliances, betrayals, a time when the word hero and villain did not mean anything" said Last laser remembering those times with a slight bitter smile.
"And the worst of all, the most desperate, the most painful thing for some of us, is that we were saved by a single smiling idiot and no one will ever remember us, much less those who gave their lives for a simple moment of peace" said Last laser quite annoyed and releasing a chilling aura of anger that caused Doryoku to have cold sweat all over his back.
Last laser took a deep breath and calmed down almost instantly, causing his aura to disappear and Doryoku to breathe again.
"Those of us who live in those times divide ourselves in two, those who forget it and go on with their lives, and those who remember it every day and do their best not to return to them" said Last laser with a calmer tone and finished his story.
"I have my reasons for telling you this, but I want you to remember two things" Last laser said in a serious tone as he counted on his fingers and looked at Doryoku.
"Always remember the first thing I told you, do not get carried away by your feelings in battle, and if you become a symbol, do not harm the world and make them depend on you" said Last laser with a serious tone making Doryoku nod with understanding.
"That's all I can tell you brat, I didn't know your father in case you're wondering and I probably won't talk about it again. I'll be back in a moment" said Last Laser, putting the subject aside completely and walking out of the training room.
Doryoku stayed in the stands trying to process everything Last laser said while he still looked quite shocked.
'What kind of times did Okā-chan live? Did something so horrible really just happen?' Doryoku thought still in shock as he tried not to get lost in his thoughts.
Doryoku was sure of something, he really had to be strong, because if something like that happened again, there would be no hero he could trust to protect his mother.
After this, Doryoku took a deep breath and focused on his feelings, stopping overthinking and relaxing quite a bit.
Still, this story only made Doryoku feel more respect for his father, but that was another story.
