"I don't understand your question, Lord Human," the fairy asked with the same perfectly controlled, formal smile, her tone calm and neutral.
"You've changed." Robin's brows furrowed even more, his expression turning serious. "I noticed it years ago, around forty years ago, actually. But since I wasn't doing anything big back then, I didn't care enough to question it. This time, though, I have to ask properly: what happened to Timari? What changed?"
"I am your assisting fairy, Lord Human," the fairy replied smoothly. "Have you ever requested something that I did not help you with? Have I ever failed in my duties?"
"Where is Timari?" Robin pressed, his voice firmer. "Was she harmed because of me or something like that? Ever since the launch of the four projects, she hasn't come anymore. Not once."
