Suddenly and unexpectedly, Beichen bent down and kissed Lucianna. They were so close already that he just dipped his head down and easily caught her lips in a span of seconds. He couldn't help but want to devour those lips as he watched them move about under the veil, lecturing and complaining about him. It was too bad the veil was in the way, or else he could have tasted the feisty, spicy flavor that came with it.
