The morning air buzzed with excitement inside the Fairy Tail guild hall.
Five gleaming roulette wheels stood proudly near the counter, golden rims catching the sunlight as they spun lazily, waiting. Each one shimmered with faint magical light, colored sections of red, blue, purple, and gold glowing like candy-coated temptation.
Lucky stood in front of them, arms crossed, wearing the cockiest grin in Magnolia.
"Ladies and gentlemen," he announced with mock grandeur, "I give you… Lucky's Roulette Shop! Five wheels. Spin your luck, win your prize!"
"Alright, people!" he announced. "Five can spin at once! No crowding, no pushing, and no crying when you don't have enough for rent!"
The guild exploded into chaos.
Before Lucky could blink, half the guild had already swarmed forward, throwing down jewels. A line formed almost instantly, guild members jostling like kids at a festival stall.
"Form a queue!" Lucky barked, but his voice was drowned in the chaos.
Cana was already halfway to the front. Gray rubbed his temples. Erza narrowed her eyes.
Makarov stepped beside Lucky, watching the frenzy with a sly smile.
The guild master watched as jewels clinked and spun into Lucky's storage pouch, the guild members' eyes shining with greed, excitement, and just a little madness.
But before Lucky could get completely swallowed by the mob, a hand gripped his shoulder.
Makarov pulled Lucky aside, voice low and serious.
"Kid."
Lucky turned. Makarov's face wasn't smiling anymore. His voice carried weight, calm but heavy.
"Let's talk."
Lucky's grin faltered. He followed the old man to the side, away from the noise.
Makarov's eyes narrowed. "What do you plan to do about your condition?"
The words hit Lucky harder than Erza's morning training. His smile vanished. For once, his posture straightened, his eyes serious.
"Guild Master," Lucky said quietly. "I already found a solution."
Makarov's brows furrowed. "Already? That fast?"
He shook his head. "You can't treat this lightly, boy. Your body condition isn't something you gamble with. It could endanger your life. You have to..."
Lucky cut him off with a thumbs up and a crooked grin. "Don't worry, Master. I've got this."
The silence lingered. Makarov studied him measuring, weighing the truth in his words. Then, slowly, the old man exhaled and smiled faintly.
Makarov patted his shoulder. "Fine. But don't make me regret trusting you."
Then, as if nothing had happened, the old man waddled back to his bar stool, sipping his drink while the chaos of roulette fever swept the guild.

"SPIN!" Cana cheered, slamming jewels down. The wheel clattered, spun, clicked
Ding! A bottle of rare healing potion.
"Oh hohoho! First win of the day!" Cana raised it triumphantly.
"NOT FAIR!" Gray groaned. "My turn!"
He slammed jewels. The wheel spun.
Click! A glow-in-the-dark spoon.
The guild erupted in laughter.
"IT'S RIGGED! how did i get the same thing again" Gray shouted, holding up neon-green Spoon that lit up the entire guild.
Lucky raised his hands innocently. "Hey, hey. It's called Lucky's Roulette, not Gray's Roulette."
More laughter.
Next came Macao. He spun confidently, jewels clinking on the counter.
Click! A jar of fireproof hair gel.
Macao froze. "...Seriously?"
"Looks good on you," Wakaba snickered through his pipe smoke.
The prizes came fast and chaotic. Some guild members cheered with glee. Others screamed in despair.
Reedus got [self-playing banjo.] Wakaba landed [glow-in-the-dark socks.]
Even Erza, fearsome future Titania herself, spun three times and got:
– A rusty fork.– A paper sword.– A squeaky hammer.
Her eye twitched with each loss.
"This is… humiliating," she muttered,
She held up a flimsy, origami-style blade that fluttered in the breeze. as if it had personally insulted her.
Lucky, standing at the side, was barely holding back his laughter. "It suits you, Erza. Truly."
Her head snapped toward him. His laughter died instantly.
Erza looked at him, eyes like daggers. "Are you scamming the guild?"
The room froze.
Lucky flinch.
but, he smiled.
"Erza," he said, "just give it one more spin."
She stared at him.
(≖_≖ )
Then, without a word, she stepped back onto the platform.
"SPIN!"
The wheel spun.
Everyone held their breath.
CLICK.
A golden light burst from the portal.
Erza reached in and pulled out a sleek, silver hoverboard, its surface etched with magic runes.
Magic-Infused Hoverboard (Tier 3)
– Allows flight at moderate speed.
– Can carry one person.
Erza's eyes widened.
Then she smiled.
She quickly mounted it, and with a pulse of magic, it lifted off the ground, hovering smoothly.
Erza blinked. "...I can fly?"
Her stern facade cracked. Slowly, a smile tugged at her lips. She stepped onto it, and with a hum of magic, lifted into the air.
Her laugh echoed through the hall. "This… THIS is wonderful!"
Lucky smirked, relieved while also released breathe a sigh of relief. "Told you. Not rigged."
The guild cheered.
Lucky grinned looked at the other victims
"See? Luck. Not a scam."
Of course, not everyone suffered.
Laxus leaned on the counter, tossing jewels with one hand. "Let's see if this joke actually works."
The wheel spun.
Click! A rare lightning-conducting charm that increase lightning type damadge by 5%.
Laxus smirked. "Not bad."
He spun again.
Click! A high-grade mana restoration vial.
Another smirk. "Better."
Now the guild groaned collectively.
"WHAT?!" Gray shouted."ALL USEFUL?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!"
Laxus shrugged. "What can I say?" but gives off a proud smirk Before anyone can refute him
Laxus Traied again this time it made the guild laugh at him
Click! Faulty noise-cancelling headphones
"Hahaha"
then
BOOM.
A burst of golden light erupted from the center of the guild.
Cana stood there, trembling, eyes wide, clutching a card in her hands.
A glowing card manifested in her hand. On it, an illustration: a hand holding three cards blue, red, and gold.
Lucky gave a knowing smile. He knew this card. Too well.
The guild gathered close as Cana read the effect aloud:

Cana didn't speak.
She screamed.
"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!" She tackled Lucky in a flying hug, knocking him to the ground.
Lucky flailed. "I didn't do anything!"
"Yes you did! You brought the wheel! and the items" she cried, climbing off him and raising the card.
The guild stared.
Cana climbed off, still vibrating with joy. "Who wants to see it?!"
Macao raised his hand nervously. "Uh… me?"
Cana grinned, summoned the three cards above her hand, glowing blue, red, and gold.
Cana grinned. "Don't be surprised."
She flicked the gold card.
It struck him.
THUD.
Macao froze.
His eyes glazed over.
As It struck Macao. He froze mid-sentence, dazed and mute for a full second.
When Macao recovered, he stammered, "What the hell was THAT?!"
The guild hissed.
"SHE STUNNED HIM!"
Erza's eyes narrowed. "That's… powerful."
Cana wasn't done.
Next, Erza stepped forward. "Test it on me."
Cana picked the red card.
Seeing the Red Card Lucky Decided to stay a bit away from erza after all he is A squishy mage.
BOOM.
A wave of red energy exploded outward, 2-meter radius.
Erza's armor dented.
Gray and the others also stumbled back.
And then everyone felt it.
as if there body had extra weight on them and they could Hardly move made them uncomftorble.
"Slowness…" Gray muttered.
Cana beamed. "Area-of-effect slow!"
The guild gasped.
Then greed.
Every eye turned to the roulette.
Makarov sipped his drink, smirking.
"What's the last card?" he asked.
Cana held up the Blue Card. "It recovers magic. Useful, but not as busted."
Lucky patted her on the shoulder. "You earned it. Your luck did it not me."
No one believed him.
But it was true.
Because Lucky had rigged the system not unfairly.
He'd programmed the highest-tier rewards to be tailored to the user.
The hoverboard? Perfect for Erza.
The Pick a Card? Made for Cana's style.
The jar of fireproof hair gel? Ideal for Macao as a fire mage.
It wasn't rigged.
it was Just the Rewards were Predetermined after all some where uselful to others while usless to themselvs of course most rewards are truly random but it all depends on luck.
The guild erupted into a frenzy.
"SPIN!"
"I NEED A POWER LIKE THAT!"
"OUT OF MY WAY!"
Jewels clattered. Wheels spun until smoke rose from their bases. Guild members shouted, shoved, begged.
The guild was chaos incarnate.
Makarov, sipping his drink with a devilish grin, muttered, "Best. Investment. Ever."
Lucky sat slumped in a corner, exhausted. What invesment ?.
——————————————————————————————————————
As the sun set, the guild began to quiet.
People left, clutching their prizes some useful, some cursed, all earned.
Just as Lucky was about to leave...
A hand grabbed his shoulder.
He turned.
Erza.
She didn't look at the wheel.
She didn't look at the crowd.
She looked at him.
Her voice was calm.
Deadly calm.
"Training."
Lucky blinked. "Huh?"
"Tomorrow. 4:30 AM."
His soul left his body.
His knees wobbled.
His vision blurred.
He could hear Gray, in the distance, Laughing.
Then Erza turns and stares at him and said "You too Gray".
Which caused Gray to fall on the ground almost seemed like crying.
