Chapter 52 - Training

The sun rose over Magnolia, casting long beams of light across the forest floor. Lucky stood in the middle of a clearing, surrounded by the faint shimmer of mana residue. His clones sat in meditative stances, eyes closed, absorbing ambient magic. He glanced at his status window one more time.

Max Mana: 30,000

"Still not enough," he muttered. "We go again."

Over the next few hours, Lucky continued the cultivation cycle. His upgraded Universal Core Cultivation Method churned away, absorbing energy like a black hole. Clones rotated shifts—some meditating, some recovering, others casting basic spells to test potency.

But this time, Lucky focused on something new:

Spell architecture.

Solid Script Magic – Advanced wasn't just about more powerful words. It was about combinations. Structure. Logic. Like programming The magic through words.

He began sketching symbols into the dirt. Spell matrices. Layered runes. Logic gates of magic.

"What if I combined [WIND PUSH] into a propulsion spell? Or [IRON SHIELD] for a reactive barrier?"

He grabbed his notebook and started writing faster.

By evening, he had thirty new spell blueprints. Only a handful were viable, but each test expanded his control.

Day Two

Lucky stood in the forest again, facing off against three combat clones.

He snapped his fingers.

Solid Script: [WIND – BLADE]

A sharp arc of wind slashed forward.

Solid Script: [IRON – SHARD]

Metal spikes erupted from the ground, pinning one clone in place.

Clone #2 retaliated with a copied [FIREBALL] spell.

Lucky countered with:

Solid Script: [FIRE – SWALLOW]

The fireball was devoured midair by a swirling Words cuasing the Fire to disappear.

Clone #3 flanked him from behind.

Solid Script: [OIL – SLIP]

The ground slicked beneath the clone's feet. It slid wildly into a tree.

Lucky grinned. "Better."

He pulled out a small Note and recorded the time, spell mana costs, and behavior patterns.

Day Three

He summoned his Wind Wolves, Fire Salamander, and Spirit Fox. Today wasn't about raw magic. It was about combo attacks.

Wind Wolves + [WIND BOOST]: They moved at double speed, biting and retreating in coordinated loops.

Spirit Fox + [LIGHT – BLIND]: It triggered flash pulses to disorient targets.

Fire Salamander + [FIRE TRAIL]: Each step left a burning path.

He combined all three in a synchronized strike, using clone coordination to mark targets with painted Words.

The forest floor was scorched by the end, but Lucky had logged hundreds of seconds of combat data.

"Summon synergy is critical. Not just strength, but timing."

Day Four

Lucky attempted his most complex spell yet:

Solid Script: [WIND – PLATFORM] + [ FIRE – PROPEL]

The moment he activated it, a flaming gust launched him twenty meters in the air.

"WAAAHH—!"

He slammed into a tree, groaning. "Okay. No vertical flight yet."

The clones laughed.

Day Five With more refined math, he adjusted thrust vectors.

Solid Script: [WIND – PLATFORM] + [ WIND– PROPEL]

A platform of swirling wind hovered beneath his feet. He balanced carefully, traying to adjust

For ten seconds, he hovered ten meters above the trees.

Then it failed again. But this time, he landed safely.

Day Six

He experimented with:

[AIR – MUFFLE] to silence footsteps

[LIGHT – BEND] to reduce visibility

[WIND – DISTORT] to blur his presence

Combined, he approached Clone #4 undetected and dispelled it instantly.

He wrote in his notes:

Solid Script Stealth Mode: Viable

Upkeep cost: ~500 MP/minute

Combo potential: High

Day Seven – Tier 5 Breakthrough

That morning, Lucky sat in the middle of the clearing, surrounded by burned grass, shattered trees, and spent mana crystals.

Lucky stood up slowly. His aura rippled.

He pointed at a nearby boulder and wrote:

Solid Script: [FIRE – DRILL – SPIN]

A flaming vortex erupted from the Words and bore straight through the rock.

Lucky exhaled. "Finally."

His spellcasting was faster, smoother. His control more refined. And he could finally string three full concepts into one spell.

Multi-word scripting had evolved.

From Day 8 to 14

Over the next week, Lucky pushed harder than ever. Using his clones—over 600 total meditating and fighting in shifts—he steadily increased his maximum mana. The increased Tier 4 difficulty slowed his progress considerably; leveling from 1 to 10 took the entire week.

But finally, after hundreds of cycles, his Max Mana surged to 50,000.

————————————

Lucky realized that higher tier mastery required not just raw energy but refined mental focus and intricate control.

When the skill hit level 10 Lucky felt as if his magic has grown storonger but it was the same amount but he decied to leave that to the future him to decide

Refined Spellcasting

With his skill now at Level 10, Lucky could confidently cast complex, multi-word spells.

He practiced:

Solid Script: [FIRE – DRILL – SPIN]

A flaming vortex erupted, drilling through stone effortlessly.

Solid Script: [LIGHTNING – SHACKLE – BIND]

Glowing chains of electricity snaked out, restraining a heavy training dummy.

Then after a satisfied smile Lucky took out his First flaying Summon and now it was time for it evolution.

After confirming the evolution he got this

Featherfall Golden Eagle Evolution

Colossal Featherfall Golden Eagle — now a towering S-Class Monster, boasting the following unique skills:

Featherfall Aura: Slows falling speed of allies within 20 meters.

Wind Barrier: Passive wind shield reduces projectile damage.

Sky Sovereign: Can summon gusts and wind blades while flying.

Soul Link Upgrade: Rider benefits from enhanced reaction speed and vision.

Colossal: increases its size and strength to titanic proportions, capable of carrying up to 50 riders, creating shockwaves and tremors with each dive. (Size can be controlled but to limited amount)

"Damn!!!" Luck yand his clone all exclaimed at the same time becuase the size was huge and that was at Level 1 it was around 20 Meteres in height which in Lucky's and the clone opinion it looked like this was a raid boss or somethig so after commanding it to lower it size to the miumum it can it was still slightly bigger than the Normal Golden Eagle.

Lucky rode the massive Eagle as it soared through the sky, feeling the power and majesty of the S-Class beast.

returned to the guild.

He entered the hall, immediately swarmed by familiar faces.

"Yo, Lucky!" Gray called.

"Hello" Cana asked.

Erza approached with a smile. "You weren't Going on a mission for days. We assumed you were on another secret mission."

"Training," Lucky replied, grinning. "Also... got something new."

He raised his hand.

Solid Script: [LIGHTNING – SHACKLE – BIND]

The glowing chains lifted a mug into the air.

Laxus, sitting nearby, gave a sideways glance. "...."

"Call it inspired, by someone" Lucky said.

They smirked.

Makarov's eyes narrowed thoughtfully. If his memory served him right, this wasn't quite how Solid Script Magic was supposed to be used.

With that in mind, he wondered silently, 'Did Lucky develop a new kind of magic?'

Makarov laughed from his Seat. "Our Lucky's shaping up to be a real monster."
