The Ruby Mountain is unlike the previous Void Realms.
Mages walking on the Ruby Mountain cannot increase their Magic Power even a bit.
Because the fourth pair of Void Wings is composed of the Mage's own color, unlike the first three pairs which can be sought from the Void Realm, mages can only search within themselves.
In simple terms, mages need to use their knowledge to evoke resonance with the Void Realm, deriving their unique colored Magic Power. Specifically, this involves battling on the Ruby Mountain, driving Technique Spirits to perform Miracles.
This is why most Legendary Mages can only acquire compounded color Void Wings. After all, solely using a single faction's Technique Spirit to complete a battle is too difficult for a legend. Moreover, regular battles aren't enough; if a Legendary Mage cannot be 'Brave and Diligent' or gain inspiration in battle, they also cannot derive their unique colored Magic Power.
