Four days passed.
A lot of expectations was placed on this days nevertheless it began like everyother day. Birds chirping in the trees or dashing across the light blue sky as the glow is sun brought a familiar shade of orange to the bare skies.
"Wrap these up for me" a proud voice called out at the counter of Marble mall
"Oh my God, Roxy you really dared buy that bag!" One of Roxanne's friend exclaimed looking as the receptionist neatly packaged the Hermes nag as she was told.
"And that shoe! The two of them cost nothing less than 500 thousand. It's so expensive!" Another praised.
One by one the little artistes that had accompanied her to the mall, took turns to praise her with endless words of flattery.
"It's expensive but it suit Sister Roxanne's aura so much"
"Such expensive stuff are only meant for people of sister Roxanne's caliber"
" I heard her father has signed as a major all of MX. How could sis Roxy's not be able to buy such branded clothing. They are just meant for her"

Roxanne wordlessly basked in the compliment and murmurs of her colleagues. Since her father came back with the news of collaborating with MX corporation, she had finally been able to get the treatment she deserved.
With the help of her assistant, she had spread the news around her company and thus was classified as an influential person now. The name MX was really a magnificent trump card to get fame. In just four days, her unreasonable Manager had begun to treat her well. He had also fought for a role in a very good film production just to please her.
Hearing the gist amongst the girls, the receptionist could only put on a fawning smile.
"Here you go miss, how would you like to pay? In cash, transfer or by card? She asked politely.
"Miss receptionist, you are so lucky, not only does such expensive product get off the rack but you are one of the few to meet miss Roxanne personally before she starrs in the popular movie 'Forever Yours'. By then, you'll definitely get fans from just saying you've spoken to miss Roxanne before. You should hurry and ask for her autograph" Roxanne's assistant boasted to the receptionist, being with Roxanne for quite the while now has taught the young lady how to be shrewd like her artiste. Her words painted Roxanne into some kind of high ends actress that could touch the stars and cross the seven seas with her barefoot.
This receptionist was equally naive and snobbish, so she believed her without a doubt. The name Roxanne might not be familiar to her but the name Forever Yours rang bells in her head.
This was one of the most anticipated movies for the new year. The novel had a very large fan base already so when the news came that the action/rom-com novel was going to be turned into live action movie, it had gathered a lot of attention. The high school based drama was pulling a lot of expectant audience even before it hits the screen. Coupled with it's soaring popularity, it had received a large sum of sponsorship so the movie could already be described as a successful one.
"For real? You're acting in Forever Yours? That's awesome! What role are you acting?" The receptionist asked with glistening eyes, as a loyal fan girl of the novel, she was naturally happy knowing she was standing before a cast of the soon-to-be live action film.
"What do you think? Obviously the female lead!" One of the artistes behind Roxanne proclaimed.
"Wenna!" Roxanne exclusive the girl's name as if reprimanding her for revealing top secret. The directors had conducted the audition for the casting but refused to release the result as they thought it would arouse more suspense. Because of this, Roxanne little lie had been believed by her colleague. In truth, she was merely the tertiary female lead, not even the secondary female lead who would have many scenes like the main female lead.
Her colleagues had misunderstood cause she and her assistant had neither denied not agreed when they called her the female lead. The even made the girl's believe the more by always hinting that we was given a major role. Indeed she was given a major role. It was not entirely a lie, she was indeed given one of the major roles but compared to the main and secondary female lead, she would be classified as a normal cast with a few more scenes.
"Ahh goddess Marleen! I'm your loyal fan" The receptionist immediately brought out a pen and paper for Roxanne to sign on. Marleen was the name of the female lead in the book. For her independent and strong personality, she was loved by many people, a few teenage girls like this receptionist had went ahead to make the imaginary character their role model.
With an elegant smile, Roxanne took the paper and left her well crafted autograph on it. She returned the paper and went on to reprimand the girl in a tone of an idol.
"Can you keep my friends words a secret. The Director wants to create suspense using this. It would be detrimental to my image if it comes out that I made such claims" Her words were well thought of. If in future she was dragged for proclaiming that she was the female lead, we could always prove that she had told this assistant not to believe her friends words as such claims would put her in trouble.
"Sure sure!" The girl nodded like a bobblehead "it's really my goodluck to have met you Miss Roxanne, don't worry I wouldn't tell anyone you said so. You're also in luck cause there's a chance of Discount in today's sales, I'll give you a 15% Discount on your purchases, exclusively for you!"

It was not much but more than could be given in any mall. Other malls would give you at most 5%, but this receptionist had given Roxanne a whole 15%!. No doubt her colleagues were immediately envious of Roxanne. Only top league Celebrities could receive such treatments.
Roxanne too was naturally happy to save some cash, she had been tight on cash these days, although she had been constantly spending from her little savings to prove to the people in her company that she was really a wealthy heiress, she as at the last of her savings but had no worries spending because she knew her father was about to hut gold grounds from his collaboration with MX.
"I'll trouble you then" she dug her card and paid for the items.
"Excuse me is that the last season Hermes designer bag?" Just as Roxanne turned to leave, she heard someone ask from behind her. She and her entourage turned to and we're surprised to see the woman standing behind them. Her familiar face made Roxanne's group immediately break out in squeals.
"Oh my God it Regina!"
"I know right!"
Even Roxanne was surprised to see the A-list actress standing before her. The lady was just like the rumors, beautiful and elegant. Her whole body told of her unattainable status.
"Senior Regina, it is. Do you have an interest in it?" Roxanne stepped forward and asked, she upped her aura to make her appear more superior and not shallow before the lady.
Regina frowned slightly but her calm look returned in less than a second. She was known to have a very good temperament and was down to earth unlike other actresses her level. Her nickname in the industry was 'Fairy'
She smiled calmly "it's the last anywhere. Indeeds I was hoping to but it as a gift for someone but since its yours already. I'll just look for something else.

The two of them bantered on who should keep the bag for a while then eventually the actress Regina accepted Roxanne gesture of 'kindness'. Roxanne had also refused her from paying her back the price of the bag so in return she could only gratefully dig out an invitation card from her bag
"The fashion show coming up in a few weeks, I needed a companion to go together, would you be chanced to go with me?" Regina asked calmly.
An open invitation to such a grand event, even if Roxanne was as busy as a Bullock, she would completely free up her schedule to go with Regina. Even if she didn't gain anything from the show, merely being seen with Regina would come with it's own benefit. Plus just imagine she becomes friends with this actress, there was no way she would be stuck being an aspiring actress. Without second thoughts she accepted the invitation and spoke a few more words with the actress before they both separated
