Having settled down and lived in Tivia for several centuries, the godslayers Alexia had gathered had gradually established something resembling a government of their own.
Although Alexia's subordinates were still responsible for overseeing most matters concerning them, that was essentially the extent of their involvement. They were simply at the helm, while the godslayers themselves were the ones actually running things.
Alexia had been quite thorough when it came to preparing the godslayers for independent living. She'd provided them with education, accommodation, combat training, and practically everything else they needed to become capable of standing on their own.
Part of this preparation, particularly the educational aspect, involved teaching them history, which included both the history of the universe they inhabited and the history of their own race.
