The day had dawned. After centuries of toiling the day was finally here. It was early in the morning when the sun rise quickly. And the soldiers of the Foundation made their advance towards the Heavenly Lands.
The army structure was such.
There were 3 lakh soldiers.
Around 3 lakh robots of different generations
10,000 beastfolk
10,000 elves
50,000 skeletons raised by the Dracula and other Bonemancers.
10,000 dwarves to work and maintain weapons.
From the north 3000 dragons of different denominations. Lead by the King of Dragons.
About 50,000 collectively from non humans species from various tribes.
Marched towards the western border. Soldiers were carried in vehicles which could take 2000 soldiers at once. Aerial vehicles were put on hold as angels have the ability to fly to deploying yhem instantly cold be detrimental since they canlevitate only for a few minutes.
Mechas moved forwards through levitation and the booster pack they were equipped with. Since there were no satellites in space only guided missile were the only option. But through locking on the target the process could be slightly automated.
The non images were equipped with Mechas and power armors to better increase their strength exponentially. A mecha can theoretically handle a throne. but only time could tell.
While power armors would be enough for the lower class Heavenly soldiers.
Dragons would prove to be the best asset the Foundation could ask for since their defenses and attacking strength is so great. And there are only few dragon slayer clans which could oppose them.
they are a huge threat. And can take care of many of the opposing Heavenly forces.
The elves were equipped long ranged weapons. Such as bows and ballista which could store enough tension in their strings that they could for kilometers away. Some were equipped with snipers to target high profile targets.
The mages were divided based on their class and the magic they used where the most proficient and most powerful was peomoted to squad leader. and the most strongest one of them was elected as the captain followed by the mage commander which would lead the entirety of the mage faction soldiers. the images due to their studies and research focused life were found to be frail but their mana pool and spells were nothing to be scoffed at. To summarize in a sentence "A walking glass cannon".
To elect the commander there were to test held which everyone from the mage faction and a few additional recommendations from the authority were taken and in the end Vania Frost came out on top as the mage commander.
Since she was the strongest ice user as well as she had lived in harsh conditions which decreased her glass cannon like condition. She was also good at logical deductions since her cold blooded nature helped her to make sane and hard decisions which could be only made on paper.
Jay was taken to the battlefield on a speical vehicle which was completely bulletproof and blast proof to a certain extent but much better than the modern technology by 10 times.
Jay :
How much time till we reach the border?
There King who was sitting while clutching his swords replied.
King:
We should be there within an hour.
Jay:
There was something that came to my mind yesterday. If we fight on the same level as the other soldiers won't there be mich colletral. Since the last time Sein fought Ikaros heis collateral completely wiped out the demons.
Phoenix:
We knew about this issue beforehand. The battlefield is only to bait out the God's. But we shall be fighting the real battle.
King:
The ones who will be assisting us are already waiting on the border itching to began on their won.
Roy who was sitting besides Jay was completely silent as he looked out of the window. Completely unaware thet his daughter was selected to be the mage corps commander.
To ease that tension Phoenix asked Jay a question.
Phoenix:
When the war ends Jay what would you like to do.
Jay:
I want to take a long nap and then eat lots of food finally leave for my home after receiving the key.
Roy:
Can't the both of you stay quiet. You're making my head hurt.
Roy was looking out to window for a chance that he could see his descendant.
The perfect person persona has been broken down. And he had lived past his age. He had become isolated. His master distrust him and adopted Jay as his new disciple. His political connections are not friends but just for business. People don't approach him because of his standing in the society.
The only person who still behaves nicely is Phoenix. But it seems like he has always knew Roy even though they have never met.
There were drones overseeing the terrain and maintaining the Count of vehicles zooming across the land. Such that the numbers remain consistent.
Jay :
Any tips on how to handle regional gods. Aside from taking them out of their territory.
King :
Their bodies are much more sturdier than normal humans. So don't think they will just die in one slash. Just remember their power might not be based just on their title alone. Maybe they can have a forgotten title. Or another title which is used more than their first.
But I'll take care of those titles. Most gods don't change titles unless they have done something very significant.
Phoenix :
So what kind of people are our allies.
King :
Betrayed, revengeful and negotiable. One of them I've literally dug him out from the earth itself. And an ally you won't expect.
As the battlefield drew closer their heartbeats started fluttering their anxiousness rising and their bodies sweating even under the air conditioning.
Jay gulped upon the fact that he will face the same horrors as on the battlefield but even larger.
And as he did something knocked on the window of the vehicle. It was a girl with obnoxious light blue hair. She was upside down this her hair covered the sunlight coming in through the window.

You are sweating now. Would you like some ice tea or a can of sports drink perhaps.
Jay :
Phoenix, theres someone on the window.
When Phoenix saw it he was surprised.
Phoenix :
What is the 1st Gen Sentinel doing here. I thought we Scrapped it.
King :
No all the thirteen sentinels are here. Including the 1st Gen and the latest generation.
? :
1st generation Sentinel, Christina reporting to the Supreme commander. My friends are already awaiting your orders on the field.
King :
Remain on standby until further instructions.
Christina :
Yep yep. I'll be there then. See you Pheny on the field.
Jay :

Phoenix :
Senior Roy, that is not junk that is something we both made together.
Roy :
We have never made it together. And it's been ninety years I was away from the capital. When would have I the time to create junk with you.
Before the discussion move on the King intervened as their awaited destination had arrived.
King :
We are almost at our destination. Just a few minutes now. Make last minute checks right now.
Phoenix began hastily inspecting his bow. While Roy checked the sharpness of his sword. Jay looked through his inventory. And the King examined his blade in very minute detail

This effect is toggelable.

Reduces energy and stamina consumption only during battle. Also decreases calories consumption. While maintaining peak performance.
Enemy of the abyss :
Absolute immunity to the abyss and abyss intoxication.
Jay had traded his old skills for new ones. Although the conversion rate was abyssmal but it still worked out.
Some would say that this is too Overkill. But never underestimate you enemy especially since your enemy is literally the being that controls the various forces in your world,
The vehicle stopped at its destination and all of them exited the vehicle. And before them was a sight burned directly into their retinas. That they might not forget any time soon.
