The story of Roy Williams is unlike one you read everyday.
It revolved around a concept that a perfect person can be created if the genes are manipulated properly. The criteria in question being strong, high intellect , beautiful and a huge mana capacity. And to a small extent social factors.
But this project would require humans. And it was considered highly unethical due to its nature. Changing the nature of the human body and recreation of the human body according to the ever changing definitions of perfect.
Firstly this was tested on mice. And the test were positive but soon they had to euthanize the mice because they were very close to breaking out of containment due to their absurd strength.
It was clear that the test should be taken to the next level.
And despite receive excessive criticism this project was approved by the King himself.
Genetics had improved very much. So much that the regional God's had caught wind of the topic. And they blatantly approached the King.
Demanding him to not tamper with the power of creation and life. He first listened to their reason but later shunned them and carried out his project in secret.
Thesis :
To produce a perfect human/soldier by genetic modification.
Requirements :
Human subject and human embryo , Custom made Ai and DNA strand reader and annealer. Duplicator, incubator, Rcp32 enzyme and Creatr advanced gene editor, Nano machines
Procedure :
This procedure will be carried in two different subjects.
1.Healthy humans
2. Human embryo.
This experiment shall be carried with the ethical rules and regulation laid out by the Foundation.
Any protocol deviation shall be thoroughly investigated and
The human subject would be a voluntary participant. Which the state will be providing incentives for participation.
*Once enrolled they will not be allowed to leave to be clearly stated before starting out.
Edit the genes of the human subject to the desired perfected hypothetical design and monitor the patient and measure different reading and conclude the test.
Perform corrective and preventive actions and repeat on the other subject.
Push the human subject to their limits and observe for adaptation or growth. The parameters of growth are
Greater strength, increased intellect and increased mana capacity and control.
In the first stage of the embryo alter the genetic combination. Or when stems cells are developed according to the perfected hypothetical design and then implant in a healthy female volunteers womb who's consent has been taken.
Observe and correct and genetic abnormalities and finally deliver the child. Raise it in a environment where it can push themselves to their limit in both terms of intelligence, strength and mana control and capacity.
Special notes :
No cells or dust particles or microbes should enter the chamber. No DNA of other species would be used in this experiment. The room should be sterilized and Dercolton filters be used.
Result :
The human subject had achieved results but failed to adapt and body was not immune to diseases which resulted in death of the patient.
Result 2 :
The results were similar to subject 1 but there are now minimal side effects. Huge boils and inflammation patches have formed. Organs are being attacked by the immune system. Resulting in death of the patient.
While on the flip side..
Four infants had been born after 9 months. Two died due to abnormalities. Their immune system was going haywire.
Inflammation everywhere, rapid formation and expulsion of phlegm. Afterwards the subjects went under Amyotrophic Sclerosis. The disorder was swiftly cured but
After a year they expired.
The rest of them is a male and female pair. Data from the previous result was used to control the deviations.
The experiment was concluded to be a taken to the next stage.
The boy and girl were adopted by different families. The boy was taken by the Williams family and the Girl was adopted by the Krandreift family.
The boy named Roy was adopted by the Williams family. Since every trait was covered by them they decided to leave the unnecessary traits such as hair colour, hair growth and eye color intact without any changes A commoner family living in the outskirts of the Foundation.
Scientist have been keeping tabs on both of them and measuring them. And have received positive results.
Notes of a scientist :
At age 2, Roy was able to run at a good speed. His skin has hardened resisting attacks, cuts and slices. But it had become difficult to administer injections for vitamins and various vaccines.
At age 4 Roy had read almost 35 books and when tested he remembers. 90-95% of the content. And understands the entire book.
At age 5 Roy discovered magic. The average in the foundation being 10-15 years. His aptitude test were off the charts.
It was gauged much much higher than the current world record. Which was 275.
His best aptitude was noted to be in lightning magic.
But due to rarity in lightning magic. The King himself decided to teach him lightning magic.
When Roy manifested lightning his lightning turned black.
It was absorbing light rather than emitting light. Exact mechanism is unknown. But there seems to be no change in property of lightning aside chroma shift.
Many say that it has caused due a curse signifying his birth.
But aside from that there's nothing else wrong.
Bloodwork taken yearly revealed no significant changes. And no sign of any illness and strange enough the presence of virus.
At age 6 Roy graduated from the one of the top university in a newly emerging field magi-tech. After being guided by the pioneer of magi-tech himself.
At age 10 Roy could throw bolts of lightning. His magic training would be further carried out by the Third Head himself. Moreover, He has picked up new hobbies like learning musical instruments.
Age 11 :
Roy met the other heads and had a hearty conversation with them. Lord Ikaros finds the concept a bit unsettling while. Lady Maria finds it intriguing.
Age 12 :
Roy Williams has hacked the artificial intelligence. And displayed expletives on many screens. And has been severely reprimanded by the Head.
Age 14 :
Roy Williams has turned rebellious. It seems that he has hit puberty . He has rebelled against his own master. Even putting a makeshift bomb in his office. The bomb exploded burning many important document to crisps.
He was heavily reprimanded which involved throwing him out of the building itself from the rooftop.
He has become an unbearable public nuisance with his allies.
Age 16:
After intense guiding, Roy has become more responsible and even more stronger than before. He is being sent on independent missions and support missions.
Age 17 :
He bought down the cult of Mohn. A cult based in the deepest reaches of God's territory. It has around 300 members and their culture include blood sacrifice, cursing the lower gods loudly and many more blasphemous and acts of gore.
Ray questioned the existence of cults. Why after so much culling and the presence of God's. There are cults. But all he found were walls. Gatekeeping him from the answer.
Age 18:
A day after his birthday he was told about his existence as a lab subject by the Third Head. It left him deeply scarred. He was traumatized. It took him around 2 months just to leave his home.
And after a few sessions of guided counseling he was fine.
Age 20 :
Prospects of marriage are already flooding in. Due to his vast talent both socially and politically. Despite belonging to a commoner family. But Roy doesn't seem to be interested in marriage.
Conclusion :
The perfected human project is a resounding success after many years of trial and error. A perfect candidate was produced. Statistical analysis shows that Roy was about 90 times stronger than a normal human. And his strength was comparable to the general of the army.
Future prospects :
Perfected human can shape the world in a new direction.
Through perfected human replication.
The need for manforce in the army would drastically decrease.
Despite android existing , remaining labor will be eliminated.
If humans cease to exist somehow, these humans can repopulate the lands.
But cloning and gene change in itself is unethical please do not reattempt the experiment.

Three years later.
Roy Williams had become a very renowned person. His deeds were spread throughout the lands. And the third Head had himself declared him as his right hand man.
His parents had doted on him as well as pushed him to always be better. And they also had another child 2 years after Roy's adoption Who was going to be married.
Both of the mixed like alcohol and water. And the second child accompanied Roy like a friend rather than a follower.
Also helping him to recover when he learned about this project. He married a girl who ran a local bakery. And after that, Roy was left alone.
He had friends but they were to politically motivated.
They were close to Roy just because their parents forced them to. But he had fun with them.
Growing up Roy had a small dog which sort of resembled a dire wolf. He used to play with the dog all day and night with his brother. But eventually it passed away when Roy was 14.
His mother was never worried about Roy's shenanigans because he was ahead of everyone and on the path the scientists t had recommended.
He was a murder-mystery maniac. And in many of them the murderer was motivated by love. Roy understood what it meant as he watched other couples and his own parents.
But he was curious what was it like to be in love. One day after training Roy approached his master with the intent to learn and asked his master about love.
He was given a proper scientific explanation which spoilt love for him. Which he watched in movies
One day the Foundation noticed an anomaly in the northern mountains. And Roy was sent to investigate he climbed and climbed. Pushing snow aside. He was fully kitted out but still felt. The icy cold air. Making it harder to breath.
On the top of the mountains he found an icy palace. He at first knocked in the door. His hand was frozen stuck on the door and he had to use electricity to rip it off.
After no response he broke the door down. And infiltrated the Ice palace. And eventually reached the throne room.
And that's when he saw the Ice Queen. Encased in ice still retaining her age despite half a century had passed by.
In all her glory. The Ice Queen.
