A 500-kilometer perimeter, filled with charred landscape and bloodied plains, came into sight. The grim atmosphere around these wide and open grounds was enough to give anyone a morbid mood, as nothing but corpses were the only thing you saw everywhere.
Finally, at the border of this macabre battlefield... was a vast garrison that spanned 300 kilometers itself. Here, it was less of a military outpost and more of a collection of functioning cities instead.
Plenty of ginormous fortresses that spanned 10 to 15 kilometers, an endless number of troops, and more than 20 thousand flying warships clouding the sky appeared as a feeling of impending doom loomed over the garrison.
This place was called Vale Sangaris, one of the four military outposts of the empires that fought against the armies of the Demon Empire.
