After stumbling upon each other in the Nox Lux Forest, Henry and Eris hug like they were long-lost friends. "Oh!"-Eris pulls away with a hint of embarrassment. "Well, that was awkward." Eris chuckles nervously.
"Really? The hug wasn't that bad if you ask me." Henry said, smiling. "Yeah, I guess it wasn't. Wait, since we found each other, what are we gonna do next?" Eris asked both himself and Henry. "Uh, I don't know."
"Wait! I know what to do. I think we should find a place to hide out so that nobody can find and attack us," Eris explained. "Yeah, we should, but where?" Henry asked. "I already thought of that. There is a place called The Fairy Sanctuary, but it is hidden in the clouds above Mandrake Woods near the sleeping forest," Eris remarks cheesy. "Ok then, let's go!" Henry says beamingly.
"It's not that simple. I can't carry you and all of the supplies. Plus, no one has found it in centuries; it is slowly moving forever in the sky above the sleeping forest and sometimes the Mandrake Woods. It has been untouched for the last seven hundred years," Eris explains. "So, we'll be the first to find it! Come on, it's gonna be an adventure," Henry says cheerfully. Eris sighs.
"Fine. Mandrake Woods isn't too far, it's only a fifty-minute walk," Says Eris. They then begin walking further west.
"Yes! We're finally here! Ok, now show off your wings!" Henry gushed. "Fine, hold tight to the supplies if we find it, we're going to need the supplies," Eris added. "What do you mean if? You mean when," Henry encouraged. Eris blushes and chuckles, "I like your confidence,"
Henry smiles, "Yeah, we wouldn't be here without it," he states. Eris nods, and then his blue and white wings appear. "Ok, hold on tight to our stuff, okay?" says Eris. "Yeah, of course,"
2 hours later
"Ugh, I really don't get it. The legend says that the sanctuary is hidden in the clouds," Henry yells, since they're flying in the sky. Eris then takes them to the ground. "Come on, it's getting late. But I do have my thoughts about where it is. We'll just finish this tomorrow," Eris decides. "Wait. Before we go to sleep, tell me where do you think the sanctuary is?" Henry queries.
Eris sighs. "Come on, let's fly into the sky one more time. But don't bring our things.
Back in the sky
"The legend says that the sanctuary of fairies was hidden in the clouds above the mandrake woods. But we checked everywhere, so the legend is a trick. The sanctuary is not hidden in the clouds, just floating in mid-air, it's hidden ON the clouds, floating on the clouds," Eris concludes, and then he stops flying.
They stop and stare at a massive temple on a floating island.
"WOAH! It's floating on the clouds!" Henry exclaimed. Eris smiled lightly, "It's so.. beautiful. I'm going to land you and go back to get our stuff,"
"Okay," Henry says as Eris lands him.
"I'm back," Eris yells as he lands on the island. He sees Henry walking towards and admiring the temple. "We can explore tomorrow," Eris says.
"Sure, but there's one thing I want to see, come on," Henry says, looking back at him.
Eris runs to him and they both walk up the stairs of the temple. When they approach the doors, they open.
"They call this the Hall of Fae," Eris says as they walk slowly down the hall, passing statues of different species on their planet. Henry stops at one statue while Eris continues looking at the others.
"Do you know what a Pixie is? And what the hell is this stone saying?" Henry asks, speaking about the runes on the base stone. Eris chuckles and walks back towards him, "It says 'when one enemy is down another awakes'. Don't know what that means, but I'm sure it doesn't matter," Eris inhales deeply before resuming, "Can we go to sleep now? This hall is kinda boring, and the other doors won't open for us." Eris says. "Yeah, lets go," Henry responds. "I wonder what a pixie is?"
