The tree's astonishment at his information was followed by pronounced doubt.
"How could there be anything growing in your Soul Space?" the tree asked. "That is impossible."
"It's not impossible. It is exactly what is happening," Alex said. "I found the World Tree's seed, and it has been growing inside my Soul Space ever since," Alex said.
"But… how?" The tree still couldn't make sense of it.
Alex further explained the size of his Soul Space and how there was an entire secret realm floating in there where the World Tree grew.
"If that is true, then I'm… I'm happy," the tree said. "My sister isn't dead."
"She's not."
"Then… it was a good thing you came," the tree said. "Will you save me too?"
Alex frowned upon hearing the question. "What do you mean? Are you dying?" he asked.
"I'm not," the tree said. "But I do fear it. One of my sisters is dead, and the other lost in a realm that no one can visit. I do not wish for either fate to come for me. Will you save me?"
