The square outside City Hall was a sea of people.
The deep sea was unlike the land; if people swarmed into a square on land, they could only stand heel to heel on the ground.
In the deep sea's square, some stood on the ground, while others swam above them…
All in all, it was layers upon layers of people, densely packed.
Su Chaoyang, Xi Lei, Ye Jingzhe, and Gu Shurong, four little dragon cubs, walked out of the City Hall building, flanked by guards in front and behind. Their grand entrance, like stars around the moon, instantly captured the attention of the crowd in the square.
If adults had emerged, the crowd's fury might have already erupted.
But it was four little dragon cubs who came out, each one incredibly cool and cute, especially with the shiny little Dragon Horns on their heads. They were so irresistibly adorable that they melted the hearts of everyone, young and old, male and female. Who would cast angry glares at a few children?
