As she spoke, she slowly walked a few steps forward, reaching the edge of the terrace, then turned back to face Anvis, allowing the silver-violet moonlight to drape over her profile.
"The earliest time I recall having 'memory' was during the High Elf era of this world. They initially referred to me as Test Subject 24, until one day, the last High Elf Empress gave me a name—Claire.
But after that, with the departure of the last group of Floating Cities of the High Elf civilization, I was also fragmented in a collision referred to as the 'Great Rift', scattering me into different times and spaces.
However, as a fragment of 'me', there's an inherent instinct to reunite and become whole again. Even incomprehensibly vast stretches of time-space can't hinder this connection.
