Thinking to myself as my mind wanders while I'm getting a piggyback ride from Suvo as we speed down the halls, having my eyes creased opened slightly, I say to myself, hopefully Uncle Vic is doing okay.
I mean he's Uncle Vic he should be doing fine, but then again what if he's not or worse since he's facing someone really strong this time? Letting my thoughts run all over the place, thinking how Uncle Vic is fairing, keeping in stride with Suvo as he glances over at me with his usual endearing demeanor, Mondo says, you hanging in there, little prince Dante? As my body still aches from my battle with Yon, hearing what Mondo just said to me, focusing my somewhat heavy eyelids to focus on him, I reply back and say, yeah, a little. What's got you thinking so hard right now, especially just from what I can see, you and your bro Axe need some good rest.
Peering my gaze down as I answer back to him, I say, I agree with you, my body wants me to, but my mind is to fixated on harping on Uncle Vic's safety right now.
Chuckling slightly at my dialogue, Mondo says with a positive tone to his voice, ha ha really that's what's got your mind going! Captain Vic is doing fine I know it. Gosh you truly do look up to him huh. Already having something touching to say about my uncle, I say, of course I look up to him, why wouldn't I. I mean he is one of the men in my life that has taught me how to be the young man I am today and taught me how to use a blade no less.
Smirking with confidence as he shifts his red ruby eyes at me, unclamping his lips, Mondo says, then you should know that the man that taught you how to wield a blade, is a man that you shouldn't underestimate and besides I've fought alongside captain Vic for a long time and trust and believe that guy is relentless no matter how strong the foe, so ease up on your worries Prince Dante and just focus on nothing and rest.
