When Tamamo heard Sukunas' question, she tilted her head slightly to the side and said: "Do you want to know what happened in the world when you were not around? It should take a while to talk about all events that occurred at this huge time gap."
"I have now all the time in the world, you can go ahead." He took in a more comfortable position and was ready to apprehend all that Tamamo has to say. It was of great interest to him because an interesting situation occurred in his Innate Domain as well.
"I will start from the moment of your transformation..."
When Sukuna disappeared, all Curses and Curse Users were highly alerted. They clearly felt that Sukuna disappeared, and it was not the most pleasing news for them. Only people with high ranks knew what happened to Sukuna, so it was only natural that chaos would start when he disappears. People demanded answers, and after an hour, they got them.
Tamamo, with few others, gave a speech about the situation that was transpiring. She told them that Sukuna will be busy for an unknown amount of time, meaning that he can not control people directly. It was also declared that for the time being, Tamamo would be an interim leader.
Some people wanted to rebut about her being a leader, but they were quickly silenced when Tamamo's aura, which was only a tiny fraction of her strength, leaked out. Even though some still had complaints, they could not retort against someone who was way stronger than all of them put together.
Tamamo did not really like this kind of situation, as she did not like to push all the way with strength. She tended to take more in-direct approaches, manipulate others, and achieve what she needed in a peculiar situation. But despite her likings and whatnot, she knew that showing off her strength to others was a way easier approach, especially in such kind of situation.
It was not like many had complaints in the first place. From the first day of establishment of the kingdom, Tamamo was always with Sukuna, which already showed her status. It also had to be noticed, that she was a smart and cunning person, which helped inhabitants of the kingdom a lot in different kind of situations, and thus earning their respect. Not to mention her strength, which was second only to Sukuna alone.
After the little incident was resolved, the Kingdom continued on growing like before, with only the exception that Tamamo was the leader. New cities were rising, while new inhabitants were also born or found in Japan. Researches on different subjects were proceeding, and new Curses or Curse Users were rising higher in ranks.
Like this, normal life was advancing. Apart from the Three Japanese Factions, the other factions did not even realize that there was another strong faction rising. Three Japanese Factions meanwhile, did not even know about the situation in the Cursed Kingdom. It was not like they had any means to acquire this information in the first place.
It all continued, till one night of summer. The weather on this day was extremely cold, huge waves were hitting the beaches of Japan, while a strong wind pulled out trees with roots from the ground.
Once the full moon rose in the dark sky of the night, a disaster was brought upon the world. The moon was dyed red, while powerful storms were rampaging all over the world. It was something akin to an eclipse, but it was extremely different as well.
This day, a night descended on the whole world at the same time, and chaos was released into the world. Normal humans freaked out and thought that this was a doomsday. The Supernatural world, however, was not any better in this regard. Most of the beings have not seen anything like this before, and only really old individuals, that have lived for millennia, have seen something similar when a god is born, though it happened mostly on a much smaller scale.
Japan got hit the most. It got flooded by tsunamis that reached over 20 metres in height, and a hurricane that was at least 3000 km wide, which covered the whole of Japan. It was a horrifying sight for everyone who was in Japan. Nearly 50% of buildings and cities that were near the ocean got flooded and destroyed, while the central region also suffered serious damage due to a strong hurricane.
Deities all around the world tried to calm down the seas and weather, but it barely worked. Even those gods, that had a divinity that was somehow related to seas and storms, could not really help in that situation. Fortunately, they still could reduce the damage that was being done.
Susanoo, the Shinto Pantheons' god of seas and storms, commented that those storms held some divinity, though he could not recognize whom it belonged to. It only proved that that event was indeed somehow related to a god.
Luckily, the blood coloured full moon disappeared rather quickly, and the disasters stopped acquiring. Several factions held meetings with each other and tried to get as much information as was possible at that moment. Many factions suffered some serious damage and no one knew the one who caused it, so the tension between factions only worsened.
Meanwhile, something was also happening inside of the Sukunas' Innate Domain. He was sitting on his throne as usual, but something was different. His soul, which was a soul of mortal, started evolving itself. It slowly changed its colour from dark-grey to a colour of extremely dark crimson, that looked almost like black. It was now also shining like never before, and the strength that was never meant to exist in this world was now acquired by a single person.
After the soul transformation was done, Sukuna opened all of his eyes and grinned with a smile that was threatening to split his face in half. His appearance did not really change, except for his eyes, his pupils now acquired the same colour as his new soul has.
"Hahahaha!" Sukuna started laughing like a madman. If anyone would see him at that moment, they would think that he had gone crazy. But it was wrong as Sukuna was just merely excited. "I would not think that this could happen, it seems like I am wrong once again! How... fascinating! The power is trying to drive me crazy~! I only heard about some people transcending, but never would I think that I would transcendent so quickly! Reaching godhood is such... an amazing feeling! This soul, and a body of a powerful Youkai... it definitely will be a good combo." He monologues while daydreaming.
After this, he gets back to strengthening his soul and observing the outer world for any interesting events to happen as he has nothing else to do in his Innate Domain. He has also felt something inside of his soul, that is constantly growing, but is still too small to give any clues about what is it.
After a very chaotic night, all went back to the tracks. There were not any notable events anymore, it was really peaceful. But anyone that was at least somehow connected to the Supernatural World knew that this is just calm before the storm. Since the Blood Moon Eclipse, the whole Supernatural World, except for Hindu Faction, as they are just chilling, have been on a high alert.
Factions were constantly preparing for war. All knew, that the Three Factions had a really bad relationship. But it only worsened with dozens of years passing by. The ambitions of the Four Great Satans for world domination only grew, and they were making last preparations for the war against the Angels and Fallen Angels.
All others noticed that rather quickly, as they started making their own preparations. They would have nothing to worry about, but they knew that the Three Factions would drag others with them in the war as well. Not to mention that most factions had some grudge towards at least one faction. The most hated faction amongst the three was probably the Angels faction.
It was actually due to one simple thing– faith. Gods liked to have it as much as possible, but Heaven was constantly expanding its own influence on all parts of the world, which irritated all deities. Except for the Hindu Pantheon of course, as they were just chilling, and the God of the Bible was too afraid to actually try to do something funny on their land.
Other than that, nothing worth a glance happened. Tamamo concluded, that as all those factions were preparing, the war would break out in less than even a hundred years. Sukuna will not even have to speed it up, as he would wake up presumably a dozen years before the war. Those years he could spend on receiving his previous strength, and training beyond his previous strength.
"...and that is basically all that happened. The only interesting event was that blood moon, though I think I know who was behind that event~." She said with a small smirk on her lips. Sukunas' fingers were acting rather strangely during that situation, so she thought that it might be Sukunas' doing.
"Indeed, I must be the cause of the event you told me, but I will tell you about it later. Now, where and how did you acquire this body? I do not remember any other Nine-Tailed Foxes besides you, that goddess and one of the leaders of the Youkai Factions." He asked with great interest. He was always interested in the information he did not know anything about.
"Hehe~ I found him in Kyoto, as I said. I was searching for a good vessel, but then I noticed him. I also thought that in Kyoto, were only Nine-Tailed Foxes that are coming from the one Royal Kyubi Bloodline, but I was proven wrong. Hundreds of years ago, there were actually two Royal Bloodlines. They fought for the ruling position of Kyoto, and in the end, one family won and was adorned with glory, while the other one lost, and was destroyed." She said with a smile and then continued: "But, after further investigation, I found out that some of the second Royal Family fled, and hid. They are not part of any Youkai Faction, which is rather weird, as they could easily join and acquire a high position in the East Youkai Faction. Though I think that their stupid pride did not allow them to join it."
"Haha, their mindsets resembles me of the mindset of those bats. Though, it is still weird. As that filth told to the previous owner of this body, that story was extremely suspicious. Kitsunes should be known as cunning beings, but I can not think of that guy as a smart one." He said in slight wonder. He knew that Tamamo was a good manipulator, but this guy appeared to be a complete idiot.
"It was nothing hard, you know~? Even though he should have been cunning, he was not. He was extremely desperate to acquire power, so he could prove himself to his family, or what is left of it. A little bit of conviction and proof from my side, and to add the cherry on the cake, a bit of hypnosis magic. It was actually really easy. I could not even have fun." She answered with a pleased expression. She likes to manipulate people, but that guy was really easy prey, not that she complains about it though.
"Seems like it..." He then closed his eyes and thought for a moment. He then proceeded to stand up. "Maybe you will let me stand up?" He asked Tamamo.
"No~ This is a price for leaving me alone for a hundred years~." She said with a mischievous smile, as she wrapped her arms around Sukunas' neck even tighter.
"Tsk." Sukuna clicked his tongue in annoyance. "When she is here, will I start to miss my Innate Domain where I was all alone?..." He said his thoughts aloud.
"Teehee~" She knocked lightly on her head.
