What if Garou had a twin brother named Guts who had Powers similar to Haki from One Piece.
In the Story the twins had a fall-out because of Garou's Ideas becoming a Monster while Guts wanted a normal life and become a businessman but even then they have something in common and that is they always train to become strong.
After years of separation they will unite again after a news of Garou hunting Heroes.
When Guts heard about his brother's doing he decided to find and stopped him before it's too late.
