"Think Peace!", I shouted as I came in front of that girl.
"Come on.. I am not that cruel, I was just offering a hand to help her up.", She crossed me and offered her a hand to get up, with a surely creepy tone.
"Here, Are you alright?", She asked that lavender girl.
"Yes, thank you.", Lavender girl said.
She got up and Rosa's stare was completely fixed on the girl's feet.
"So, I have never anytime seen you around here.", Rosa asked.
"I am actually not from around here", the girl said.
"Ok.", she said and turned around to the ice cream vendor.
"Um.. uh", I was left with a awkward stare back at me. Lavender girl was totally filled in perfume, my nose was already strong due to the werewolf thingy, but this made my nose explode, It was like I was stuffed in a room filled with lavender with some stuffed in my nose. It is like she dumped the whole bottle onto her, she even carried a faint scent of blood, probably her time of the month.
"Hey! What do you want? the same old chocolate?", Rosa asked from the stand.
"Yes!", I said, thankful for having broken the awkwardness and I went on near Rosa. Lavender girl came over to me, her deep black eyes fixated on me. She came and smelled me, saying,
"You smell like a wolf...", She said.
"I...What?", I flinched, how did she guess my identity so easily??
"Hey! Don't call my friend an animal!", Rosa came in front of me.
"It isn't a swear or calling names, a wolf is a noble animal, It is one of the best.", lavender girl stood her ground.
"I guess your brain ain't in the right place, even if it is ,it sucks just like your taste in shoes." , Rosa said.
"Not at all! These shoes are the best in the world!", That girl said.
The next thing which happened, happened so fast Rosa tripped that Lavender girl again, in a swift movement she took off the shoes. Under the shoes, her feet were totally bruised, though her feet too were as small as Rosa, the wounds were more.
"Are you blind? Or do you not feel pain? The shoes hurt your ankles and feet!", Rosa said, The ice cream vendor stared at us awkwardly and went to the back.
"It is just a slight design flaw! Some amateur artist ruined the design!", Lavender girl said.
"Do you think you're the one who created this? Don't talk as though you are a designer!", Rosa said.
"I don't care what you think! I really like this design! This is a complimentary piece of Mozart's Fantasies", She said getting up.
"How do you know that?", Rosa asked astonished, Even I didn't know.. Was it true? these shoes are a complimentary piece? But wasn't this designed earlier than Mozart collection?
"Anyone can understand! Mozart's Fantasies were inspired from these shoes!", Lavender said.
Before Rosa could reply anything, Shadows came in front of us, in a few seconds, we were frozen, There was no one in the streets, I could sense it! Werecats! Like my family!
I tried to turn around, but before I could, two werecats already tied up a chain of sorts on my legs, which stopped my movement not only of my legs but whole body. I could sense it, it was a sort of time freezing chain. I couldn't feel my heart beating, but I was surely alive.
I looked over at Rosa, she was on the ground, chained and sleeping, mumbling about papers. I looked at the Lavender girl, she too was chained, but she could still move, She stood her ground more fiercely than before, her eyes, no way! They turned Red. A perfect Red. It was an uncommon color... She has to be a myth like me, but what was she?
"Amaris! You can't escape from us!", a werecat, with black fur ears, he had a humanoid form, he wore a black jeans, topped with black shirt, his face was totally stern and stoic. He was soft in his speech but enough weight in them to make people listen.
"Hahah! I would see you try!", Amaris or whatever shouted back at him, she somehow broke the chains and began to fight with them, there were at least a fifty, ten holding us three, other ten, blocking the surroundings, a few upon the roofs, and the rest behind the black werecat.
Slowly, Rose awoke, she was totally shocked, seeing those cat ears and tails on the most delinquentish guys. She was truly questioning whether she was awake or not, I came out of daze when some werecats approached me and Rosa with a club of sorts. I tried to break free, I could fee the chains straining to keep me in. I couldn't do anything more...
The chains began wrapping up me from below, trying to chain my upper body, it had almost held me completely, when my silver hair, touched the chains, it broke with a resonance, all cats held their ears tightly, Even Amaris was shivering, Rosa was in a daze.
It only lasted a while, somehow, all the werecats turned ultimate hostile, They were normally chasing her, but now, it was weird. The black cat raised a hand, all stopped fighting and all,
"Change of plans, Call the reinforcements, attack to kill.", he said.
I was unable to move easily, apparently the muscles in my body were still sleeping, I had to run, I don't know if I was a strong person or some greatest wolf. The werecats, were more in number, and more would come. They had us surrounded, and it was easy to tell whom their killing intent was directed at, me.
I tried to remove the chains for Rosa, it was extremely difficult, she kept on asking me what was going on, Suddenly, water was doused upon me, but no, it felt sweet and it feels like retirement, the calmness, sort of like all my burdens are gone... I am free..
Wait... I am free??? This feeling is same like... Oh no! Don't tell me! ... yes... I had transformed, not due to a full moon or anything. I looked at myself, at the tinted glass which could faintly tell, but I understood, my hair was a bright silver, with my ears and tail perfectly fitting my appearance, but eyes turned blue again.
Rosa was clearly shocked, Amaris too was. The werecats, were afraid, I guess. I quickly broke the chains for Rosa. I took her hand and began running away, I couldn't go back to her home, as they would attack so I took an opposite direction, I turned back, they weren't following us anymore, I sighed.
"You! What's going on! That Lavender girl! what is going to happen to her?!", Rosa began asking me questions.
"I don't know!", I looked back.
I saw, they captured her, but, there were others, sort of like wolves?! They were fighting along with the werecats. Oh no... If I get in more close, I will surely be recognized, My silver always would stand out....
"Oh No! Lavender will get killed!", Rosa shouted.
"yeah.. The wolves are too many..", I said.
"I don't know what's going on, but please save her!", Rosa said.
"What? ME? But why?", I asked.
"She is in trouble, clearly the cat ears are on her side, and dog ears are opposite gang! They are clearly not taking it as a joke! There are people being killed!", She said.
"Uh... Alright...", I said.
I sneaked in slowly from the roof of the ice cream stand, I wore a scarf around my head, covering my face and ears, I looked carefully, where Amaris was, she was fighting in the middle with at least 12? 10? some wolves, she held twin knives, she swung them with delicacy and precision, I could easily tell I would be hurt if I would get in.
In a few minutes, she almost defeated all, it was a real battle, there were losses on both sides, suddenly, a knife went through Amaris, It was a throwing knife, I followed the line, it was a real far place, and more were incoming, I had to do something.
I quickly ran, and did a famous stunt from all action movies I have watched. I carried her and could escape, she was light so it was really easy. I met up with Rosa, and we took a really long way back home, the blood left a trail.
I have to cover it up, wolves are especially sensitive to smell.. So what can I do.. I got an idea! I asked Rosa to hold Amaris and take her home, I went with all the perfumes Rosa had, and left a false trail, a perfect false trail... Leading to a hospital and then a station. I threw a bit on the train which was supposedly going to another place far away.
I was tired, I could feel the wolves catching up, I had no place to hide, If I ran.. They could follow my silhouette, so I hid, I could feel them coming close, I pretended to be asleep, and was almost caught, when my hair turned back to normal brown. I acted as though I was a normal person and went out.
I came home, and Rosa had taken Amaris to the guest room, apparently, her parents went out to some neighbor's home due to some work. The elder brother, Norman, was only there, He didn't notice I guess. the tiny drops of blood, I almost cleaned up all.
I came in the room,
"Oh! Sarah!", Rosa came and hugged me crying.
"What's happening? How is she?", I asked.
"She's been bleeding, I have tied bandages and all but the blood is leaking out too much!", she was crying.
"Oh no..", I went over and saw the wound, it was a small wound, but it became dangerous as it was continuously leaking blood.
I tied the bandages tightly, it was of no use, her heartbeat was not there, but I could feel her breathing. What is going on... Oh no.. Did I just get a Vampire????
I backed away. It all made sense, as to why she was chased by werecats and attacked by wolves. Her blood loss and all, If what I read from the library was correct. Vampires, after loosing a lot of blood, replenish it by attacking the nearest person, after being unconscious for an hour.
Shit... an hour, is almost over, I backed out, I pulled Rosa back too, when suddenly, Amaris awoke.
Her eyes, the purest red. Her mouth partially open, showing out her fangs. It was a perfectly seductive scene, her clothes were damp, as Rosa tried to clean away the blood. He hair was so pretty. I had the urge to come closer to her and touch her hair.
Shit.. So this is how vampires get their prey... I held Rosa's hand and pulled her back. She had no means to be alive after being sucked out of blood. The only option was me. I tried coming closer
Norman came in.
"What are you girls doing in the guest room?", he asked.
"Norman! Move away! Go out!", I tried to say, when suddenly,
Amaris, hugged Norman from behind, her hands perfectly wrapped around his shoulders, he was shocked. but before he could react, Amaris already stuck her fangs in sucking the blood.
Norman collapsed down. I was not able to move, Amaris looked at me as she was drinking his blood, her eyes saying, 'Try me'. I had to save Norman. I knocked out Rosa and came closer. Norman's face grew paler and paler. He began panting. But Amaris hadn't had her full.
In a swift movement. I attacked Amaris. She grew stronger. Fending me off with just a single arm. It was supposed to be a serious moment, when Norman groaned, as she licked the mark. He looked so aroused.... *-* It was a weird sight, I knew about the aphrodisiac properties of a Vampire's saliva, but seeing it like this was totally weird.
Amaris was weak. She didn't drink up her full, She tried to pierce her fangs again on him when I knocked her out. Norman too fainted, probably of anemia. The doors swung open and I saw, Mr. and Mrs. Bellay shocked at the three fainted people.
"Oh great.."
