Alysé dressed up, grabbed her pen drive and set out to meet Kian Jindal. Her father sent his car and his secretary drove her to her destination. Kian was waiting for her. He had arrived a quarter of an hour before time. Alysé called him once she had reached the hotel.
He came out immediately, helped her out of the car and escorted her into the dining hall.
"How are you? It's been long since we last met. " he asked after they were settled in their chairs.
"Quite long." she said. But then, the memories of the airport came fluttering in and she blushed out of embarrassment.
Kian sensed the trail of her emotions and smiled, "You are still the child who needs to be taken care of."
The color on her cheeks deepened, "Ah! thank you for your help that day and thank you for meeting me today."
"My pleasure. I am glad to be able to help." He said with a smile.
The floor manager arrived and handed them the menu book.
