Sudden explosions were always a good reason to pause a conversation, and this time wasn't any different.

All over street, various craftsmen were pausing their work in order to figure out the reason for this sudden explosion.
Amongst this crowd, Alicia, Alice, Bellona, and Harriet were having a slightly tangential conversation in relation to this explosion.
"Alicia. Bellona. Weird question: is Zhen Liu in the area by any chance? Can you guys contact the librarians about him?" Alice asked with casual sincerity.
She had been informed of prior events where Zhen Liu had been the central cause of explosions by Alicia and Bellona, so this wasn't an exaggerated guess on her part.
"No..."
"I don't think so..."
"Oh."
As such, when the two people close enough to Zhen Liu to know whether or not he was causing any collateral damage answered in the negative, Alice's nonchalance switched to worry.
