"...Why aren't you turning on the light?"
Meimei froze by the door, blinking in astonishment, looking at him a little blankly.
As she spoke, she reached for the switch, just about to turn on the light when she suddenly remembered the bulb seemed to be burned out.
"The bulb's blown," Meimei muttered.
"I took the bulb out," Dan Tingye said casually, his tone light and airy, as if he'd just done something great and was waiting for her praise.
"Took it out..." Why did he take out her lightbulb?
Meimei just stood there dumbfounded, staring at him with a silly, cute expression.
He'd come into her room, used her bathroom, worn her bathrobe... she could still understand all that, but why did he have to take out her lightbulb?
Did her lightbulb offend him?
"Because your lightbulb is as dumb as you—it can never see through my heart," Dan Tingye seemed to catch her question, stood up from the tatami, and walked toward her.
