Prince raised an eyebrow, unafraid to fan the flames.
Rui Hui squirmed, breaking free from his hand, and pouted indignantly, "If you find it troublesome, then don't take it. After all, you never wanted me in the first place. It's not too late to return me, I won't cling to you."
"Who said I don't want you? I won't let Duke Selter have you easily! Don't even think about it. Once you're in my door, you'll be my woman in life, and my ghost in death."
"..."
Rui Hui was startled by his shout, stunned for a few seconds before she managed a bitter smile.
"Prince, is that really your name, Prince? I'm really afraid that after a lifetime together, I still won't really know what your name is." Rui Hui pushed his hand away, sat on the sofa, and wiped away her tears with a hand.
She looked at him calmly.
The pupils of Prince's eyes tightened, and the hand that was left free clenched into a fist, his focused gaze fixed on Rui Hui's face.
"What have you heard?"
