To the theory.
I recently watched platinum end. Wasn't a master piece but it did get a bit repetitive with the absurdity of the crimes these humans with angel powers were doing.
What if this so called God is just a human with remnants of the fragments of the real God. (I obviouslyhave not read the manga, so.)
These humans who have the fragment are just so deranged or have really shit lives that the fragment decided alright. Whichever of my arch angel's humans is left behind from all the the chaos they may cause will become God and the angel will be promoted.
So yeah. That's it.
