Shen Yue walked up to the Elder handing him the blue diagram. The only thing blue about it is that he wrote it in blue ink. It was on standard scroll. This reminded him to make some paper for later. IT was just to expensive to buy in bulk.
The Elder Apothecaries looked gobsmacked at the paper in front of them. The head elder spoke out first.
"How many different ways have you thought for the body? This can possibly be a great breakthrough for our forces." The head Elder said excitedly as he stroked his beard.
"This is the only one. Well, that has been put into practice and paper anyway." Shen Yue said as he rolled his eyes taking on a pondering tone. Several others were not written down yet. "I will work on the others in the future if I am able to anyway. But right now, this has my attention when I have time!" Shen Yue said the last sentence with pride.
The Elder's started to argue. After an hour or so of deliberation, they came to an agreement.
"Are you willing to sell the formula?" Elder Shen asked.
"For you, of course, I am," Shen Yue said looking directly at the elder with a smile. "I will sell this version to you for a million gold. And 15% of the profits the alchemy association gets from implementing the practice or selling it." Shen Yue said with a straight face. "Ah also for any future consdieration between us, I would like to work only with Yang Xin."
The Elder's had a smile on their face till the last part. The head Elder was stunned at the mention of the name. The room became quiet. Shen Yue gave himself a way out if this was unacceptable. The price of 15% was pretty high.
"If this is unsatisfactory, I would like to meet her for personal reasons. If for just business reasons that is fine as well." Shen Yue said with a smirk. "Even willing to drop the price to let's say... 8%."
An Elder who had barely spoken took point. He was a bit of a fatty with an effeminate voice.
"There is much to discuss. We will get back to you on that after we convene. However, all of you congratulations on your steps to becoming an Alchemist. This sash will represent your status." The Elder said flicking his wrist summoning a few sashes to go around. He did not wear a spatial ring but a bracelet. "A few notes has been added as well since we have had something come up."
The others wore the sash along the chest/breast with pride. Shen Yue placed his around his waist like a belt. He, like the rest of the group, bowed to the Elders and started to walk out of the hall.
As soon as he was a few feet down the hall, the other alchemist bombarded him with questions. They all ended up conversing for an hour. With him being younger it was easy to speak a little more openly.
They all shared insights on the test and alchemy they heard. Shen Yue mostly only commented on plant identification and its various uses during crafting. He also chimed in on storing them better. The exchanges were good for them as well as him.
The older alchemist caught on to the fact Shen Yue only spoke of knowledge and no actual success in forging. He was proud he was better than the young man in that regard. The younger Alchemist were in awe at his accomplishment. The fact he was only a little older than some of them made them realize how much further they could go as well.
After that hour of talk, each went their own way.
Walking around, Shen Yue was done with any possible shopping. He went to gather his purchases from before and was leaving for something else he needed to do.
Shen Yue actually found the clerk who directed him into the hall for the test. He intended to pay for the test still. He figured it was the least he could do instead of just taking off. He was shocked at the condition of the clerk. After a few moments, it wore off. He remembered how most clerks were always treated like shit or less than worms in the novels.
In the Dimension of Star Martial God Technique, they were so scarce it really didn't matter. He also paid little attention to the working on's and policy's there in the Alchemy field.
After all, he was pushing out knowledge on actual Medicine instead. Training Doctor was full time work after everything settled between killings.
The clerk left eye was bruised shut. He had a slight limp and his breathing was ragged. Shen Yue approached and gathered the energy of the young man. The clerk immediately became much happier.
"Excuse me. I am here to pay for the test. My apologies for not paying beforehand, it slipped my mind. How much do I owe you? Also what happened to you?" Shen Yue asked with a smile. He kind of figured it was his fault.
"The fee has already been taken care of Sir Alchemist. A..nn..ddd these wounds are nn..nothing."
The clerk said with fear at the end. Causing a slight stutter. He really hoped to not offend anyone again.
"Very well, however.." Shen Yue started to write on a piece of paper and handed it to the young man. "If you wish for a change of your current lifestyle go to this address and ask for this person."
Seeing the clerk not reacting. Shen Yuegrabbed him by the wrist infusing his energy into the young man as well as placing the note in the man's hand. With that, Shen Yue went to the female clerk from before and collected his purchase as well as receiving the gold for the deal. The Elders had agreed to his terms. Well most of them it seemed so far.
While walking to his next location a weird idea came to mind. Shen Yue stopped to take the time to move the money around to different bags. The bags were on several parts of his body. The majority of it was placed in his Internal Space along with the artifacts.
Shen Yue made his way to the Blacksmith Street afterward.
The night was dark and cold. A lot of people were inside their homes with only a few candles lit in some houses. One or two people could be seen huddle together talking quietly. A few daring individuals seized Shen Yue up as he walked. None actually made a move on him though.
Shen Yue arrived at the shop after 7 minutes. The shop was slightly packed. Families were gathered making a ruckus over a few purchases. Masters explaining to disciple's different weapons and uses. He stopped and listened to some of the dialogue before getting back to the task at hand.
Shen Yue searched around looking at the material closely. He picked up the pieces the Metal Seed in his chest reacted to. After that, he thought hard on which would be suitable for his future members. If his guess was wrong they could come back and exchange them out.
'Need more precious metals.' Thinking to himself, Shen Yue walked up to a clerk for some help. A shopkeeper listened to what he had to say and suggested he buy a bunch of cheap broken weapons to practice with. As well as some metals and stones in the trash pile. 'I suppose failed attempts at making weapons with found material might yield something.'
Shen Yue purchased all of it, shocking the clerk that helped him. He also purchased some weapon manuals as well. Paying for everything came out to a total of 375,000 gold. The clerk just sighed knowing the kid wouldn't buy all this and he knew he was in for a scolding from his boss.
There was no haggling as the exact amount of gold was dropped on the counter. Shen Yue stored his purchased items and left a shocked group of people and a tear-eyed clerk. He lamented he didn't suggest more purchases for the spend drift young man.
Shen Yue took a longer way home for several reasons. One to get a view of the surroundings at night time here. Two to provoke attacks for he can get in more resources. Three to determine the strength of the non-main characters in the Dimension more. Four he wanted to enjoy the night air and something started to pull him in a certain direction in the woods as his Astral Sense spread out.

Unusual Encounter-
.
A few hours later Shen Yue came upon a clearing. It took him a few moments to realize this was the location of where Xiao Ninger was treated more closely by Nie Lie.
Shen Yue walked around a little more feeling a strong pull off further into the forest. He circulated some energy into his eyes activating Starry Eyes. He saw a cave. The fable Devil Cave maybe. Thoughts to enter for later. It was late and he was not confident in going into that place. He walked back on the path. Seeing Xiao Ninger and gave her a curt nod, he kept walking on his way.
He then saw Nie Lie walking his way. On his way to Xiao Ninger most likely for something else. He just walked right pass him not saying anything.
Nie Lie looked at Shen Yue's back. He wanted to stop him and talk over a few things but thought better of it. A feeling of warning from years of fighting let him know the strength difference between the two.
For now, he needed to talk to Xiao Ninger. He turned and walked off after thinking Shen Yue may have hurt her considering the reputation his brother Shen Fei had.

Home-
.
*Fwish!* Summoning his flames, Shen Yue started doing the most basic of alchemy. Afterall, it was something he needed to experience with himself to a certain degree.
'I can take in the properties of anything really with my Flame Vortex Core refining. But certain medicinal herbs and things react in combination with each other.' Without an alchemy pot, Shen Yue used his Astral Sense to create a type of bowl composed of Star energy. With it see-through, he would be able to watch the chemical reaction as he conducted his alchemy. 'After I do this successfully, I will try to refine it within the Vortex and see what happens.'
The runes in the room had been upgraded to another notch before he started. No sense in risking things. Dian Mu and Dian Rei were hard at work in the other rooms. Determined not to let Shen Xiu and Shen Yue down.
