Mr. Jonathan finally met Lynch, his last hope.
Upon entering the room, he noticed two giant oil paintings on the wall of the lounge. He seemed to have seen them at some art exhibition, where one of them was priced over two hundred thousand at that time.
But he just glanced at them and then withdrew his gaze; now was not the time to appreciate oil paintings.
He sat at the spot Lynch allowed him to, his legs together, like a boy scout leaving his parents' care for the first time at a camp, surrounded by older kids, sitting obediently.
Lynch glanced at the business card in his hand, then returned it to Mr. Jonathan. "I have always had a good relationship with Golden Exchange Bank, and we've collaborated in many fields, so Mr. Jonathan, what brings you here?"
Mr. Jonathan quickly shared his thoughts. "I heard that Mr. Lynch, you are acquiring some factories here in Sabin City?"
Lynch furrowed his brows. "Who told you that? It's not true." He shook his head, with no hint of joking.
