One buy and one sell can yield profits of thousands, sometimes tens of thousands. Initially, some may hold onto their stance and not participate, but when everyone starts going crazy for the profits, some people's positions will begin to waver gradually.
Watching others enjoy prosperity is not a pleasurable thing. When people walk into an unfamiliar restaurant, it's highly probable due to two reasons: the aroma wafting out makes it irresistible, or the advertisement on the glass window makes the food look tempting.
Interests are similar. Watching others join in the wealth feast can be quite distressing because all they need to do is reach out, and they can do the same thing. They'll persuade themselves.
