If believers are classified into levels based on faith, there are roughly five tiers.
They are general believers, ordinary believers, devout believers, fanatics, and saints.
What is a fanatic?
Fanatics have an extreme pursuit of their object of worship, to the point of madness. They believe that only by worshiping their deity can they obtain salvation or blessing.
They ignore all rational thought and devote themselves wholeheartedly. Even if the deity commands them to sacrifice their lives, they will execute it without hesitation.
Moreover, they cannot tolerate any criticism of their deity.
In such situations, they usually resort to persuasion, cursing, or even directly attacking.
For severe cases, they would not hesitate to transform into thugs and brutally attack their enemies.
The big guy being a fanatic himself was something the Dragon-man youth found strange and puzzling at first.
But as he thought more about it, he gradually understood.
