Nameless hill.
"Reorganization? They've attacked? Rebels?" A certain officer was shocked, "Are they the rear guard or the main force?"
Another officer frowned deeply, "It could be the rear guard, trying to force us to engage, gaining more time for the main rebel forces to retreat."
"It's possible," someone chimed in.
"If it is the rear guard, they should be holding their ground here!" someone immediately countered, "Rather than waiting for us to take the advantage of the terrain and then attack!"
"Where is there anything reasonable in war?!" The previous officer insisted, "Perhaps the commander of the rebel rear guard realized he made a grave mistake by giving up this place and wants to make amends?!"
"Where is the cavalryman who reported this?" someone ordered, "Bring him here and find out clearly."
The Centurion in charge of questioning lowered his head, "He has already fainted."
"Wake him up."
"Yes," the Centurion hurriedly left.
