When Tang Nian woke up, there was still no one beside her. She blinked her eyes, slowly sat up, her long hair draping messily over her shoulders, exuding a disheveled yet lazy beauty.
She looked around the room, saw no one, and heard no sound, so she hugged the quilt and lay back down again.
She wasn't hungry yet anyway, so she planned to go back to sleep.
But before she could sleep for long, the bedroom door was pushed open.
She shifted a little and looked over; it was Tang Mubai. She didn't seem to intend to pay him any attention and closed her eyes again.
Tang Mubai sat down at the edge of the bed, pinched her nose, "Little lazy pig, still want to sleep more?"
Tang Nian swatted his hand away and pulled the quilt up to wrap herself more snugly, "Still sleeping."
"Get up first, eat something, then sleep."
"Don't want to."
When it came to eating, Tang Mubai wasn't about to let her be so willful. He scooped her up, quilt and all, in one swift move.
