Lonely

It had been two years since the rains that had been awaited poured in Asbek village. It rained heavily on that day and although the rain was a blessing to the villagers , to Lillian the rain was a bizarre. It only brought tears and sadness to her life.

She looked at her reflection in the mirror and she just couldn't hold down the tears anymore. She let tears flow and it ruined her make up. She was in pain. Pain of losing family members. Her mother and her father. 'Fuck the rains' she muttered amidst the sobs.

She went to her bed and placed the pillow on top of her head and the incidents of how it all ended started flowing. The images themselves were too much for her to bear and she ended up throwing the pillow across the room and it met the mirror placed on the room. The sound of the glass break echoed the room bit she didn't care to look at the mess she had created.

"What's that noise?" Cindy her neighbour came said as she opened Lillian's door. She found Lillian on the bed her face down sobbing. "Am here Lilly please tell me what's wrong," she said softly.

She lifted her face and saw that Lillian seemed to have been crying for long.

"Am here sweet. Don't cry.' Cindy said softly as she let Lillian lie on her chest.

Cindy understood the problems that Lillian was facing and she had become used to the sudden change of moods and attitude of Lillian. As Lillian lay on her chest she knew that she was recalling the incident that happened to her when she was in Asbek.

Cindy stood and she took Lillian in her hands.

"I have a surprise for you Lilly. Cheer up because it is something that You always have wished to have." Those words tended to cheer Lillian a little bit and she forgot about the cries.

"What is it?" She asked as she rubbed the tears away.

"I'll tell you if you agree to go to the park with me tonight." Cindy replied to her question and Lillian nodded her head in agreement.

"Am sorry if the glass disrupted your peace in your room," Lillian said apologetically. She knew that Cindy would be able to understand what she meant and she looked at the mess she had made.

"It's no problem baby girl.Am the one who disturbs you a lot so don't see it as an issue. We had the bed repaired and now the gopd times with Dave will now be silent with no bed screeching." Cindy said as she gave a wink to Lillian.

Lillian smiled and she let out her well arranged teeth to be seen.

Lillian still was a charm. As now she had joined the University, she still received glances from many lecturers and students from the school. She received many mails and gifts from admirers but she turned them down. The problem was not for the incident that happened back in her village, the problem was that the boy she had her eyes on was dating and the boy was a real drunkard. Ouch.

"I'll deal with the broken mirror later let's go to the park." She said.

"No baby girl where are you going with such a horror like face. As you have broken your mirror, let's go to my room I apply make up on your charming baby face," Cindy said as she started to drag Lillian towards the door.

They went to Cindy's room and she sat on her dressing chair and she looked at the girl that staired at her in the mirror. Her make up was a mess. She had became used to applying make up because Cindy said that she looked pretty with it. Although she knew her natural beauty was still stunning, she applied it so as to make Cindy not feel bad.

After an hour of making themselves look beautiful, the two girls left the apartment. They hedded for the park that was a twenty minutes walk from the apartment. On the way they received looks from many boys and disapproving looks from jealous girls.

Cindy was a somehow thick girl. She had the assets and her face was round. Her butt was big and soft. Her eyes were small and her lips were red when she applied no lipstick. She was ever dressed in tights. She never had any blouse and she only wore bras and hoddies to cover her chest. She was unique bit her uniqueness made many girls to be jealous. Lillian loved dresses and buggy trousers. This day she had wore a red dress with an orange hoddie. She never knew how to match clothes but her figure still was outstanding.

"Now that we are in the park, what is the surprise? She asked soflty.

"Oh that, it was all a joke. I made that up so as to cheer you." Cindy said as she burst into a laughter. Lillian was annoyed and she said nothing and they sat on a bench and started chatting.

A lot of time had elapsed as the two girls continued to chat. Darkness had soon arrived and they went to a supermarket to buy groceries. They all bought the stuff they all needed in their rooms and they hedded to their apartment.

"Goodnight baby girl. Am sorry Jarred is a drunk. I feel so bad for you. Don't worry he'll come to his senses and see how much you love him and let you in. "Cindy told Lillian as they all unlocked their rooms.

Lillian smiled and she asked," is the bed really fixed? Isn't Dave coming today?"

Cindy laughed and she unlocked her door and entered the room.

Lillian laughed as she knew what the answer was. She entered her room and then she noticed how lonely she was. No one to call her boyfriend. Her world sucked.

"Lillian...Lillian... Please open." A voice that she had never heard said as the owner knocked on her door. She was astonished as she wondered who the person was. The person knew her name and to say the truth she had never heard that voice anywhere. She knew the voice belonged to a man but she couldn't decipher who it was.

"Lillian it's Luka. Please open the door it's urgent. I want to tell you something." The person said.

" I don't know you so I won't open," She said.

" I know you don't know me but I know you have seen me in school. It's okay if you don't want to open the door. I just want to tell you that I have a crush on you. Like am now getting obsessed with you as you flock my mind always. See you soon Lilly. I like you and hope to get to know you more." The stranger said and left.

Her heart was beating fast. She was afraid the person had bad intentions of hurting her and she didn't even dare to look at the eye hole in the door to see the face. When the stranger had said those words, she even got more curious and she decided to go to Cindy's room to ask about 'Luka' .

"Cindy, you know of a guy named Luka?" She hurriedly asked as soon as the door to her neighbour had been opened. Little did she know that Dave was the one who had opened the door. He was stark naked and she turned aside to cover her eyes. Dave knew her well and it was not the first time that she had seen him nude. She was girlfriend's bestfriend.

"Am sorry Lillian. Cindy is tired and she is on the bed maybe you join us." Dave said and Lillian whose cheeks were red with embarrassment turned more red. She was a virgin and she longed to know how the manhood felt on her slit but she denied the offer fast.

"No!" She exclaimed and she heard a voice, Cindy's voice, laugh.

She left her friend's room fast and she went and locked herself in her room.
