Falco suddenly roared:
"THERE IS NO FIGHTING THEM!! THERE IS NO WINNING!!"
Both E.E and Aildris stiffened.
The fury in Falco's face wasn't aimed at them.
It was aimed at the impossible situation they were trapped in.
Falco dragged a trembling hand across his face.
"We have to find Gustav before my father does… or at least reach him while he's still weak."
E.E swallowed hard. "Because if he doesn't regain control—"
Falco nodded gravely.
"—this universe ends."

Behind them, the Ancient Executioner still stood, towering over galaxies, awaiting new commands.
The sky was still torn.
The universe still trembled.
The wound in space still bled darkness.
