Senior Master Huo shook his head, "No, I won't, Qiqi, you know, Grandpa's favorite has always been you."
"That was before," Huo Zhongqi said softly, "What Grandpa liked was the me with Huo Family blood running through my veins. Now, I'm a bastard child who has nothing to do with the Huo Family. Since finding out I'm not your real grandson, Grandpa hasn't seen me for months. Grandpa doesn't like me anymore."
Senior Master Huo was speechless.
After a long while, he finally spoke with difficulty, "Qiqi, it's not that Grandpa doesn't like you anymore, it's just that he couldn't accept the blow all at once and has been avoiding it for a while..."
"I've already decided," Huo Zhongqi looked up at Senior Master Huo and said, "Dad crashed a car into me once, stood behind me and pushed me down the stairs once. Twice, I barely escaped death. I don't know when the third time will be, and I don't want to gamble."
