Delan.
Delan is a relatively famous city in the southern part of the Main Continent, not far from Jialan City, just a little over a hundred miles in a straight line. However, within those hundred or so miles lies two small mountain ranges and a forest, concealing countless Thief Groups of varying sizes.
Therefore, even though Delan is not far from Jialan City, there is not much exchange between them, with only a few Merchant Groups trading and communicating each month. These Merchant Groups have a large number of Guards, and some even include wandering Low-level Free Wizards and Magic Knights. Only in this way can they avoid harassment from the numerous Thief Groups, selling goods that each city lacks and making huge profits.
