"No. You're not doing that," Mbali said in warning, like she was not going to take such a risk with the most unstable person in all of history.
Perhaps it was because she was scared Hawi would try to hurt them into limbo or she just didn't have enough strength to deal with whatever antics Hawin was about to pull this time.
"What?" Hawi asked as she created a portal, wondering why Mbali was not for it. However, as she looked into Mbali's eyes, she saw the uncertainty and Hawi was tempted to smile at the way that Mbali was being careful.
However, she didn't. Instead, she shut the portal she had created right before it could reach Sicario and she stared at Mbali, waiting to hear what she was supposed to do this time.
"Amina will create the portal home," Mbali said with a tone of finality, making Amina stare at her while Hawi whined in objection like she had given Mbali reasons to trust her over the few times she had created portals.
