Michael spent the entire day watching Pitt inside the ICU. He brought up the action movies Pitt wrote for him to kill time, but the latter did not react. He remains in a coma with no progress.
Thus, Michael exited the ICU with a heavy heart. He dropped his bottom on the soft, long settee in the lounge and placed his legs on the coffee table.
He closed his eyes and was lost in thought, but it didn't take long before hurried footsteps approached him. It was Bernard, cuddling stacks of documents in his arms.
"What are you carrying?" Even before Bernard could reach the sofa, he had already fired a question.
Bernard, who is used to his character, merely smiled.
"I have good news! CEO Kang approves of your vacation. But, of course, you will finish some work for January, so they emailed me the scripts. You must review them and some materials regarding the commercials you must shoot here."
